Evdokia Hotel

What a pleasant surprise. We communicated before arrival for early arrival. Friendly and very hospitable.The room was available earlier. Beautiful room blending old and new. It was extremely quiet. Beds comfortable and everything extremely clean and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with tastes from there back yard, from Olives to preserves. So many delicacies on the table. I felt as if it was my own table with family. We have already booked our next stay

Location was perfect. Owner and family are charming. Bedroom was small but that was minor given the rest of the ambience.

Perfect location, perfect breakfast, perfect service, i’m very glad to advice this historical building remains from Ottoman age Konak , The hotel owner Sava Bey and the floor attendant Zeynep Hanım know no bounds in their hospitality . As soon as you leave the hotel, you find yourself in the depths of history, passing from the age of the knights to the Ottoman age, and with a short walk you exit the walls for Italian works. I want to go again in the summer.

Η διαμονή μας με την αδελφή μου στο boutique ξενοδοχείο Ευδοκία ήταν από τις καλύτερες που θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε. Ο κύριος Σάββας ήταν εξαιρετικός, το πρωινό που ο ίδιος ετοίμασε ήταν λες και τρώγαμε στο σπίτι και το προσωπικό χαμογελαστό και πάντα εκεί για ότι θέλαμε. Μέσα στην παλιά πόλη, τόσο κοντά σε όλα! Καθαρό, όλα μοσχομύριζαν! Παραδοσιακά επιπλωμένα δωμάτια, όμορφη αρχιτεκτονική! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα 🤍 Σας ευχαριστούμε για την όμορφη διαμονή! Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!!

We stayed here just one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The property is a historic building. The room was very clean. The bathroom was small, but it had all the necessities we needed during our stay. The best part about our stay was the breakfast. The hosts made breakfast for the three of us (myself, my wife, and our 18-month daughter). They made a small omelette just for our daughter. Meanwhile, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with loads of traditional and local foods. The hosts were very friendly and the atmosphere as a whole left us with quite an impression. To those traveling during the off-season: Keep in mind that during the off-season most places in this part of the city are closed. Google maps will show that the many restaurants in the area are open - they are not. Make sure that you bring some food with you for the evening, or you may choose to walk beyond the old city and toward the coast (in the northwest direction) for some restaurants that are open late. Keep in mind that you may have to check yourself in. When we found the place, the hosts were at a different location, so we checked ourselves in and we did not see the hosts until the next morning. This was not a problem at all, its just part of the off-season. There is not tea kettle in the room, but there is a small kitchenette in the common area, so it is still possible to make yourself some tea in the evening. As a whole, this was a very unique stay and a wonderful experience. 5/5
