Lindos Royal Resort

Recensione su Bravo Alpitour – Esperienza deludente Più che il resort in sé – che, va detto, non è un 5 stelle come si potrebbe pensare, bensì un 3 stelle plus – si salvano solamente le strutture esterne, in particolare le piscine, ben curate e piacevoli. Vorrei però concentrare la mia recensione su Bravo Alpitour, con cui abbiamo prenotato il viaggio. Il pacchetto è stato pagato a un prezzo piuttosto elevato, ma l’assistenza ricevuta è stata pressoché inesistente. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo perso l’aereo perché, secondo un’hostess Ryanair, eravamo in ritardo per l’imbarco dei bagagli. Siamo arrivati in aeroporto alle ore 10:35, mentre il gate avrebbe dovuto chiudere alle 10:45 per un volo con partenza alle 11:15. È probabile che avessimo dovuto prevedere più tempo, anche a causa del traffico, ma ciò che più ci ha deluso è stata l'assenza totale di supporto da parte di Alpitour in questa situazione. Abbiamo contattato il servizio clienti segnalando quanto accaduto. La loro unica risposta è stata quella di confermare la nostra presenza in resort a partire dal giorno successivo, senza fornirci alcuna indicazione concreta riguardo al trasferimento dall’aeroporto alla struttura. Anche in questo caso, assistenza completamente assente. Una volta arrivati a Rodi il lunedì, abbiamo girato tutto l’aeroporto per cercare un referente Bravo Alpitour, senza trovare nessuno. Dopo varie telefonate, ci è stato fornito il contatto di un certo Matteo. Alla nostra richiesta di informazioni sul transfer (che avevamo regolarmente pagato), ci è stato semplicemente detto che avremmo dovuto arrangiarci da soli, in quanto non c’era disponibilità. Siamo stati quindi costretti a noleggiare un’auto a nostre spese per raggiungere il resort. Al nostro arrivo in struttura, l’unico “segno” di Bravo Alpitour è stato una busta lasciata alla reception, con dentro la chiave della stanza. Nessun contatto umano, nessuna accoglienza, nessun tipo di supporto. Una volta in camera, abbiamo constatato che – sebbene le stanze fossero simili a quelle mostrate nei depliant – in realtà si presentavano molto più vecchie e trascurate: mobili sporchi e una vasca da bagno con evidenti segni neri di sporco o usura. Abbiamo quindi contattato la nostra agenzia, che si è prontamente attivata per cercare una soluzione. Siamo stati ricontattati da un assistente Bravo, Matteo, consciuto già in precedenza che ci ha proposto un cambio camera oppure, con un sovrapprezzo di 90€ a notte, una stanza “superior” da visionare in giornata. Abbiamo rifiutato entrambe le opzioni: la prima era simile alla nostra, mentre la seconda presentava un bagno con lavabo a vista, inadatto alle esigenze del nostro bambino di tre anni. A peggiorare ulteriormente la percezione del servizio ricevuto, il sabato prima della partenza abbiamo scoperto, del tutto casualmente, l’esistenza dell’anfiteatro dove veniva svolta l’animazione Bravo. We decided to come at the last minute, but holidays were not planned so we chose this hotel by chance and after reading the comments we were a little doubtful but today I can express myself. Did I stay at this hotel with my family? It was great for my children, they loved the hotel, everything was good, the staff were friendly, and I'd like to mention the restaurant. The food was too good, plenty of swimming pool, slides for the children, it's really the first time we've been to Greece, we loved it. Do you want to say thank you to all the hotel staff for the money kindness for their understanding. And of course I'd like to mention the man who looked after us and gave us all the information we needed and helped us with the maps. He's Mr Tommy and I'd really like to thank you for making our holiday so beautiful.

We stayed here in August 2025 as a family of four one week all inclusive. Given the cost and marketing of the hotel we expected far more than what we experienced. -No concierge service and no additional staff or trolleys available upon our very late arrival. Meaning we had to battle with two very tired young children and four cases to a room without any help. -Rooms are extremely outdated and basic. Nothing like the pictures. -No tea/coffee facilities in room. -Air con is basically non-existent. There is a very dated vent in the wall which blows out warm air. -Bathroom : spotlight hanging out of the ceiling. There was also a window by the bath / shower which opened up into the communal hallway, meaning you could see out and vice versa whilst showering. Very old fashioned bathroom. -Pool areas: main pool was ok but smaller than expected. Lots of water alongside the pool amongst the table and chairs which wasn't ever cleared, just a wet floor sign put up, potentially leading to people slipping and falling. The bar by the main pool had a consistent sewerage smell. The 'adult only' pool always had children jumping in, no life guards or staff monitoring this. - A la carte : we tried to book into the three a la carte restaurants on our first day for but only managed to get one as they were fully booked the entire week. When we actually managed to get a reservation in the one, we were greeted by a swarm of wasps at the table making it unbearable to sit and eat / drink. Staff just said they knew it was a problem but didn't attempt to resolve at any point. The staff also had very poor customer service. - buffet restaurant - food was ok but quite standard, repetitive and no table service for drinks, meaning you have to queue at the very small bar area in there to get a drink. -No one explained the layout of the hotel or how you get to each area. There are certain lifts you need to use in order to get to certain places. -Cleanliness was sub average. Certainly not what you would expect of a 5* resort. To sum up, if you have the option to change from this hotel to another I highly recommend you do so. If not, expect a 3* max resort experience.

Rooms are very very dated. Food is inedible. So called ‘all day snacks’ are mainly over cooked chips. Drinking water is extremely salty - including any teas and coffees. Drinks / cocktails too sweet You do not get tea/ coffee facility in the room. Gym is extremely tiny for the amount of people in the resort and machines are always OOO. WIFI extremely patchy Would NOT recommend

Vacanza di due settimane (17-31 agosto) con moglie e figlia (9 anni). La struttura si può migliorare, soprattutto sugli orari di bar e palestra (all'interno della Spa). Si mangia abbastanza bene e il buffet è ampio, camere spaziose e pulite. Forse le 5 stelle alla struttura sono un po' al di sopra ma non manca niente per divertirsi e passare una bella vacanza, soprattutto grazie all'ANIMAZIONE PERFETTA. Ognuno ha il suo punto di vista, si può fare sempre meglio in tutto ma sull'animazione c'è poco da dire, 14 ragazzi che danno il massimo e che secondo me vanno anche oltre il proprio compito. Ho fatto serata tutti i giorni con loro, ed ero con moglie e figlia, pensa se ero single o senza prole. La prossima vacanza cercherò di andare dove si trova qualcuno di questi ragazzi. Chi non trovava l'animazione adeguata è sicuramente uno di quei clienti che meriterebbe una recensione, si perché spesso chi è pessimo è proprio il cliente e non chi si lavora.
