Great massage from Xhuliano and Richard. They know what they are doing. Wery nice and comfortable Spa. Hotel is also very nice, activities for all, and great food.

Our second time to holiday village and we were really disappointed. We emailed months in advance to ask for a ground floor room as we have 3 young children when we arrived we were on the first floor so completely ignored. Spa therapists going around trying to get people to book in as clearly not busy. My husband booked a massage for a treat and it was the worst I’ve ever had, therapist long nails scratched me, room was cold, music loud and not relaxing. Kids club and crèche great although having 3 kids they all went to different clubs at different times so by the time we checked them all in we didn’t have much time to relax before collecting again. Buffet food same everyday and not nice. Entertainment not great, silent disco for when people want to sit and watch entertainment not the best idea? Rooms looks shabby and tea and coffee not refilled daily. Shame we didn’t enjoy this time around won’t be returning.

Well I was apprehensive when booking due to a mix of reviews. All I can say is do NOT listen to the negative reviews. Our family of 6 have had the BEST weeks holiday at the Atlantica HV. We are all well travelled and have stayed at many all inclusives… this hotel is by far the best. My boys are 3 years and 4 years old. The 3 year old celebrated his birthday here. When we checked in the room there was a cake in the fridge and balloons. Which was such a lovely touch. The staff were all amazing. Special shout out to Alex in the Stars and Stripes for restaurant he was fantastic and also Stavros was lovely!! We went to the food truck once (as stayed on the Activity side and didn’t feel the need to go to the other side much) but Debbie was fantastic too!!! The food was 10/10. Everything so fresh and so much variety. Perfect for fussy kids as well. My boys loved the separate little kids section. Bar staff were amazing and would make you any drink even if not on the menu. Our swim up room was perfect. Deffo would recommend paying the extra and getting one if you can. The kids club was fantastic. Both my kids loved going and they loved the little T-shirt they were given. Weather was just sensational!!! The night entertainment was so good. For kids first then adults after. We loved the silent disco and the show with the 5 men doing acrobats etc. something different every night. Always seats to be had even if joined after the start. Transfer was great - thanks TUI. To be honest, all in all it was the best weeks holiday ever and I was really gutted to leave. Would go back in a heart beat. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Honestly do not understand some of the negative reviews, it was excellent and we are hard to please!! Just book it - you won’t regret it!!! Thank you 🩷
