Summer Dream

The staff, more specifically Ilias, Sofia, the gentleman with long hair that received us at the reception and the lady that serves breakfast, were really nice and this is was without a doubt the best of it. The breakfast was good, on the other hand lunch and dinner was someday's better and someday's worse but the staff was really slow, everyday there was lack of food and we had to ask for more and we had to clean our own tables before we sat down. The cleaning was the worse, the linens were no changed at all, the towels were meant to be changed every two days but this did not happen either. The floor was dirty with sand, hairs and anything else that fell in it because it was never cleaned. It is quite far from any of the sandy beach's of from the capital, 30 min driving for Rhodes and Faliraki or if you want to go to Lindos 1 hour. The pool was good, but the surroundings were dirty. Nonetheless, considering that it was all inclusive, even that not all drinks were included, but there was beer, 4 different cocktails and Greek vodka, gin, tequila, the price was good.

The food was great and the service was the best we have had the pleasure encountering. I genuinely can’t fault this hotel. I will most certainly be coming back again and highly highly recommend it. As for the food the choices was for everyone, the drinks were also fantastic. I genuinely can’t fault the hotel keep up the great service. Thank you for a great holiday.

Evidentially not a 3* hotel. Staff were friendly throughout the duration of our stay but the facilities seriously lacked functionality and the hotel is in need of modernisation. There are three buildings and clearly the one furthest away from reception is the original building. The bathroom had limescale all over the shower, bath was worn and dirty and there had clearly been lots of stain block used all over the walls from damp. The air conditioning broke during our stay and we had to move rooms at 4am. This was handled well by staff, but then the air conditioning in the second room we were provided with was worse than our original room. Air conditioning leaks onto the floor and spare bed in the room, makes loud noises and is intermittent with maintaining a cool temperature. We asked for our bed to be changed twice during our stay and it clearly was not done. 'Fresh towels' had stains on them. The food for an all inclusive restaurant was terrible, no flavour, minimal selection and the only snacks in the middle of the day consisted of dried up cake and some sandwiches. No air conditioning in the restaurant area making it very uncomfortable during busy times. The area is very remote and taxi's are incredibly expensive. Small beach area but has pebbles and a wind surfing area so not ideal for swimming. Some nice local restaurants, but minimal selection. Power station down the road polluting the landscape, so be mindful of this. Behaviour of other guests was not challenged by staff, eventhough was clearly very disrespectful and not appropriate around children. Booked through Love Holidays and was very disappointed that this was advertised as a 3*. Is a 2* at most. We asked the day prior to check out to keep our room due to having an evening flight and was told to ask again in the morning. To then be told by reception in the morning that they are fully booked. Feel sorry for whoever gets our room next because the air conditioning is broken and this has clearly been ignored by staff. WiFi does not work in rooms. Overall, if you come with low expectations you stand a chance of being impressed. Not worth the money we spent.
