Lindos Imperial Resort & Spa

Great staff Anazska was very helpful. She can speak Polish and Deutsh and little bit Czech and Slovak. Many pools, restaurants and many activities. Food was delicious. Everybody can find whatever want. Lot of beds on beach or around the pools

This was my 4th time to this hotel , although overall it was still a good holiday there was a few small things that made it not so good this time . The cleaning of the rooms wasn’t quite as good, I’ve never really had to queue to get into the main restaurant before and this time at one point the queue went into and across the main reception! The staff although absolutely lovely and as helpful as they could be just seemed a little restricted in what they could do for you compared to previous years, The animation team were great , funny full of life and energy ,we went every night laughed and clapped and came out smiling, the drinks at the bar were not as good (all though still nice enough) the cocktails were premixed not made from scratch and I understand business is business but it’s a 4star plus/5star hotel ?! I spoke to one man who apparently wasn’t even booked into the hotel by yourselves and subsequently had to turn around and take his 84 year old mother straight back as you wasn’t willing/able to help ?! Lindos group has quite a few hotels on the island as far as I know ? When we arrived early hours of the morning the two gentleman on reception seemed to spend as much time bickering with each other as they did sorting the guests, there was only one porter on at that time and there was a very long queue waiting for the buggy to take you to your room ( I was with my parent in laws in there 70s ) we walked to our rooms at 3 am only because I knew the hotel from previous visits because they very tired from travelling again not as good as previous years . I was told there is new management this year and so far compared to previous years ( I was there last year and two other years previous) they don’t seem as good or as friendly and helpful as there predecessors ???

We’ve had a lovely stay, food is amazing! Lots of options! Staff here are all welcoming and friendly. Would recommend anyone to stay here! We will be back.

Hotel was beautiful, couldn’t fault a thing, variety of options for lunch and all staff were friendly. The animation team were outstanding and made our stay worth while, they were constantly entertaining, creating a lovely atmosphere by the pool and involving all family members. They make a huge fuss of the children and their performances are incredible. They work non stop and they deserve an appreciation review for all they do, we are gutted to go home and leave this friendly bunch of hard working enthusiasts. ❤️ We would 100% return or follow this animation team to have the same incredible experience again.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile. Il posto è stato bellissimo ci siamo divertiti molto. Gli animatori erano tutti molto bravi, soprattutto Michael, Federico e Nicole.
