Princess Andriana Resort & Spa - Ultra All-Inclusive

What a special hotel this is. The fact that I keep going back and will tell anyone who cares to listen that they need to give it a try says all you need to know about this little slice of Rhodes paradise. I have been visiting this island since I was a small child in the 1970s and plan to return as often as I can and my first choice for a hotel will always be the wonderful Princess Andriana. The swim-up rooms are as good as you will find anywhere, the food is wonderful, the staff (especially Nikos in the upstairs bar) make you feel at home and if you don't relax in this beautiful spot, you never will. Oh, and the new on-site water park is a wonderful addition that takes this hotel to the next level for families. Thanks to Sophia and her wonderful front desk staff for answering all our needs while we were with you and I'm already counting the days until I return.

As a family we were really looking forward to our stay in the Princess Adriana resort, particularly after reading so many positive reviews. We are currently staying at the hotel and I can honestly say it’s been one of if not the worst hotel’s I have stayed at (there are a few positives). I have never stayed at a hotel with so many rude staff, especially the reception staff (no warm Greek welcome here). Food is horrendous, we have been here 4 nights and have not had an enjoyable meal (food is so cold). Poolside gets incredibly dirty as the day progresses as there doesn’t appear to be anyone cleaning! The is questionable hygiene from poolside bar staff. Air conditioning is awful, our room is roasting. The only positive is the water park which is amazing! This is no way a 5 start hotel, not even 4 star. Honest review!

We had a wonderful stay at the Princess Adrianna but it was a really big highlight the Moonlight restaurant!!! The manager Georgia was amazing and also very sweet and kind. The staff was very professional and all of them were there in every request we had, even the girl that wasn’t speaking English, Stella she was willing to help us. Thank you for that beautiful experience, we will definitely came back.

The hotel is big and modern, rooms big enough with comfortable beds, air conditioning working well. Food is good and plenty of choice for anyone, every day there’s something different to eat. Could do with better quality ice cream and better cocktails, better glasses to serve the drinks in, considering it’s a 5 star hotel.The worst thing is the uncomfortable sofas at the reception area and near the restaurant, who ever decided to purchase such low sofas didn’t think that some customers would find them very difficult to stand up, also the whole reception area even though big enough and quite beautifully designed, feels empty/ no warmth to it , no positive vibe, the management should think of better seating options , not those horrible low sofas ( look at your next door neighbours Mitsis Rodos Village reception area, we stayed there last year) . The staff are friendly and helpful, sometimes too quick to take your plate away when perhaps you haven’t finished eating, but they are working hard. Love the big pool area and plenty of sun beds, but as everywhere people are getting up so early to get them, not that affect us much, we normally go to the beach and have plenty of sun beds there. I wouldn’t return again just because the whole experience was not a 5 star, I was expecting better considering the 5 star reviews and the price paid.

We visited Greece for the first time and stayed at Princess Andriana for 7 days. We were a little disappointed about the tax we had to paid at the check in €105 as we weren’t aware about it. We had a great experience overall. We managed to booked 3 restaurants,Italian, BBQ and Moonlight. Italian restaurant and BBQ really disappointed, the food wasn’t good at all. Moonlight restaurant was amazing tasty and outstanding service. The Medallon restaurant buffet was really good with theme nights food and our son specifically loves the pasta and praised the pasta chef every day, absolutely delicious pasta he made. The lifeguards from the waterpark really friendly and kind. The animation team also amazing. The barman at the pool bar really kind and friendly, apologies I don’t remember his name. The only pro was the cleaning of the room were we found a baby pink shoe under the bed and lollipops sticks and our fridge wasn’t refilled for 2 days ,asked receptionist about and when she checked it was marked as refilled when it wasn’t, promised to refill but that never happened and we ended going to the bar for water bottles at nighttime. The staff were really polite and friendly, communal areas really clean, there were always staff cleaning and picking up glasses and rubbish around and we are planning to come back in a future.

Rules rules rules everywhere. We are in holiday, so we must enjoy every moment we had a wonderful time overall, apart from some hotel areas that didn't quiet live up to expectations. Room Cleaning =bad Pool and main bar =perfect Main restaurant, food +service =perfect A la carte restaurants =food , ok but service really bad . They should learn from the guys of medallion what good service is. Need to make a change. Moonlight was the most beautiful restaurant but working with wrong people. Not smiling and not communicating with the guests. They are all angry, like they don't wanna be there. A girl named Georgia was waiting for us at the entrance. We were a group of 7 and we were split into 2 tables 😠. She was explaining to us with a poor halting English that this is the way it works, maximum 5 people for each table. This girl conduct was unacceptable, while the anger on her face was hard to miss. It's so easy for you guys to spoil someone's day 😠 😡 👿
