Ich hatte eine Anti-Stress-Massage. Sie war sehr angenehm. Inklusive Fußflächen und Gesicht. Außerdem hatte ich eine Ice-Glow-Gesichtsbehandlung. Sie fühlte sich sehr erfrischend an. Zudem gab es eine Gesichts- und Schultermassage dazu. Sehr angenehm. Meine Haut war danach sehr glatt und strahlend. Mein Freund hatte eine Deep Tissue Massage, damit war er auch sehr zufrieden.

Just returned from a fabulous week here. Rooms were spacious and clean, with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. Bottled water provided daily. The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Large balconies with beautiful views of the sea. Food was the best I've had in an all inclusive hotel, with theme nights in the main restaurant. Pizzas and gyros during the day were a hit with our adult sons, as were the gym and daily water polo. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Animation team were great, especially Lyle, who never stopped smiling. Overall a fab holiday. The only slight disappointment was the beach, which needs tidying up, and the beach bar which only provides soft drinks on the all inclusive and closes early. I would have liked to have spent an evening there, sipping a cocktail at sundown.

My experience at the Spa was amazing! Manager Paola was very professional and extremely helpful! Her assistant Tomas was very kind and friendly. I had a massage by therapist Dimitris was amazing! The best massage i ever had ! All the team was very proffesional and very happy people. Many congratulations for the Spa of the hotel!!! 😃😃😃

I literally wish I could write minus stars. We just stayed for 9 nights and it's the worst holiday of my life. I went with my husband and 4 children and from the minute we checked in there were constant issues. Air con didn't work, no hot water, air con making noises all night and pouring with water. Moved to another room after 3 nights and again the same issues. Everyone said the same in the resort. My daughter got sick after their restaurant and my husband is covered in bed bug bites. Staff hide behind the bar and smoke and sit on their phone instead of serving. Just awful! Avoid at all costs

Wauw, wat waren wij verrast. Een top team van de animatie. Van elke taal was er wel iemand. Xavier, Shyla en Lyle waren echt toppertjes, en voor jong en oud is er van alles te doen. Maar ook die van de Franse en Duitse organisatie waren top! Het hotel zelf: we werden heel warm ontvangen, koffers werden meteen uit handen genomen. De kamers ook helemaal prima. Elke dag verschoond! Wel geven ze aan een flinke verbouwing te ondergaan ivm het faillissement van de vorige eigenaar en de overname door de Blue Bay group. Dus wij gaan zeer zeker nog een keer terug om te kijken hoe alles is geworden. Maar ook nu voor de renovatie is het gewoon echt een tophotel!! Het eten, all inclusive was ook prima! In de ochtend was er meestal hetzelfde maar meer dan genoeg keus, lunch en diner waren vaak verschillend! Top gedaan voor de mensen in de keuken om voor zoveel mensen in het hotel voor eten te zorgen. Bijna elke avond was er boven bij de bar live muziek maar ook in het theater van het animatieteam was elke avond ook een geweldige show dus soms moesten we een keuze maken. Het enige nadeel wat wij hebben ervaren zijn de kiezels en grote keien in de zee, dat was zelfs met waterschoenen erg lastig om erin te komen. Verder hebben wij een top vakantie gehad! Een tip voor het hotel: misschien later in de toekomst stevige plastic drinkflessen laten maken met de naam van het hotel erop en deze bij de receptie verkopen voor een leuk prijsje. Dan kunnen de toeristen deze bij het zwembad lekker laten vullen met water ipv elke keer een bekertje. Vriendelijke groeten, Marco en Natascha van de krol

Amazing from start to finish best massage I’ve ever had staff were amazing highly recommend if your at the hotel Paula was amazing friendly and couldn’t help us enough through out the whole hotel we can’t wait to return next year great value for money and have never had a experience like this in the uk the therapist Dora was amazing and completely knows her stuff see you all again next year
