"It's suitable for business trips. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything else is pretty good. It has a coffee machine and an electric kettle. It's a 10-minute drive from the airport. It's right next to the Richmond Center, shopping malls, skytrain stations, and parks. If you want to rent a car, park at the entrance of the garage first. Temporary parking (check in) is on the first floor. After checking in, you can park on the second, third and fifth floors. You can directly open the door from the garage floor with your room card to enter the second, third and fifth floors of the hotel, and then swipe your card as the check-in floor."
"From the moment I opened the door to my room, I felt so at home and comfortable. The lighting around the bed made the perfect amount of brightness for casually lounging in the room. Honestly I would love the bed and headboard for my own house! Plentiful outlets and USB ports for charging devices. The TV was huge.
I enjoyed a hot bath complete with a rubber duck!
Theres a vending machine with lots of snacks on each floor, and a microwave in the room.
The lobby is also super cute! It had a giant scrabble board and a free nescafé station. There's even a retro lounge inspired by their sister hotel.
The staff was super friendly and were able to give me dining recommendations (I got a discount for being an Accent Inn guest!) and lend me a phone charger.
This inn has such character and I can't wait to stay here again. 11/10 would recommend!"
"It's clean and easy to find. Central location. Easy to eat
Independent storage cabinet is convenient and safe. The sleeping bunk is also quiet and has a lot of personal space. It is suitable for North Americans. There is also a place to put a notebook in the bed, which is very convenient!"

"In addition to the difficulty when checking in, if you encounter a hotel without a front desk for the first time, you must call and tell them your email address. Then the hotel will send you a check-in message, and then you can check in online to get the room number and room password. . Thanks to Ctrip's help, otherwise I really wouldn't be able to check in. What's even more exaggerated is that the hotel service phone is not answered manually. Why is it so mysterious? I can't understand them. However, the room is really big, clean and comfortable. It has a water view at the entrance and is very quiet. It also has a full set of kitchen utensils. However, the air conditioner is too loud and there is no water in the room. This is a shortcoming, but the price is still quite suitable. Yes, it’s only 1,800. It’s nice to have free parking at the door. It’s also very convenient to get to the scenic spots. You can walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, which is pretty good."
"About a 20 minute drive from the airport and close to the bus station. The owner is kind, the room was clean and everything you needed was available. The owner was also always available and was able to give recommendations for things to do in Vancouver. The only improvement I would give is more options for breakfast but the main area was comfortable. Overall, great experience with zero issues."
"The environment is very quiet, very comfortable, the room is very clean, the hall can also be seated, look at the community scenery outside, complete the feeling of how to come to Vancouver life is. Very comfortable and slow, and there is a lot of coffee tea in the kitchen.
If I want to come again, I will definitely come back to this [ Quiet House ] It's great."
"Fraser River Richmond bed and breakfast was a brilliant experience. Located just 11mins from the airport with all the amnesties you need in walking distance. It is very clean and the hosts helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Felt like a home away from home!"
"It's just a family hotel, but I'm still not used to staying in a family hotel. After all, the bathroom is shared with others, and it's not particularly convenient to get in and out. But if you stay here for a while, it's quite enjoyable. The price/performance ratio is relatively good, and the boss is very nice. good."

BBarry VernonA fabulous choice of hotel when travelling from YVR. Comfort, well appointed, quiet and excellent service. It takes the stress out of flying when you stay onsite. Highly recommended.
TTimmyThe location was superb as it is located right next to the skytrain station and really close to the airport. We had a late arriving flight and it took us less than 30mins from the airport to our hotel room. The room was clean and the staffs were very nice and helpful.
MMichele GOODYERReally comfortable bed and pillows. Super quiet room. Nice and clean. BUT the air con is very noisey. We only had it on low tan cool and every hour the compressor would kick in and was very noisey. Not sure if all rooms the same or just ours. 306. Location is close to airport, easy walk to skytrain and buses out front. Breakfast is very basic, and whilst included in room rate and convenient it’s not a draw card. The shuttle service🤔, pick from airport seems a bit hit and miss!
AAnonymous UserFirst room given to me smells cigarette and smells really bad. I requested thru phone if there is another room available but then refused as they do not have any vacancies.
I approach lobby the check in service lady gladly given us alternative room way better than the first one we've got.
Location wise is close proximity YVR and shuttle guy is really nice.
GGuest UserThe hotel location is different from the trip.com page , must reconfirm with host. The check in process is easy. However the first night is really nightmare , I arrived late and when I went to washroom , the washroom seems not being used for long time , dusty with two big spiders in the shower place, I was so scared to use it and also the room was freezing cold at night because it is in first floor and no heating .
Other than that, the location is quite safe and bus stop is right outside the house and 10 min to Richmond skytrain station which easily to access to city with 1hour.
The room also spacious and clean with comfortable furniture.
TTThe location is excellent as there're so many plazas, supermarkets, restaurants with hot Asian food available. They fit my appetite. Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Dollarama are all within 15-min walk. My most favourite supermarket is T&T inside Lansdowne mall which is right opposite to this hotel. The room is very spacious with kettle and microwave. There is free airport shuttle every half hour too. Very convenient. Staff helpful. Highly recommended.

Good
MMollieeAs for female solo traveler, the walk from skytrain to the hotel was kinda scary to walk alone. There were free shuttle bus to drop you off at airport. You can just tell the receptionist the time slot that you want they to drop you off. The driver was kind. The room is spacious, equipped with iron, iron board, fridge, kettle.
GGuest UserAlmost wasn't able to stay, even after getting off a flight from Australia late at night all because they needed the physical credit card for the deposit.
The front desk receptionist wasnt trying to be helpful, even though I was clearly distressed, and had more of a ”sucks to be you” attitude. Even if it's a ******** policy that a worker has to follow, considerate people will still at least pretend to look around at other options to show that they're concerned for you and putting in an effort.
Having worked front desk at hotels before, I know that credit card info can be manually entered, and I had various forms of ID along with the photo of my credit card (I have been living in Australia and had a new card issued but I haven't been able to retrieve it from my address in Canada yet).
I ended up being able to just use my Australian debit card, but this was still frustrating as I now have additional fees
RRV888It looks a bit filthy. First, the lady placed me into a room on the first floor… and you could see rats around the hotel at night. It’s not worth the price you pay because it looks a bit outdated and woken off. The pillows are not new, carpets require some cleaning. It’s ok for a short stay, but I m not sure if I ll consider staying there again.
CCharinratJonesdid not mind the hotel the room was good i missed breakfast as it shuts down by 10 it should be 11 this i also should have known the last few times it was a bagged lunch so was not really missing much what i did not like was they started charging a parking fee of 10 dollars i have never seen security out there its not indoors and i saw no plug ins this does not impress me at all not saying i wont be back but i am saying i will look around more when searching for a spot to stay
