"My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time at Harbour Hotel. The facilities are amazing, we especially enjoyed access to the Spa. Highly recommended for a weekend away from thr hustle and bustle of city life (although a short bus ride from Richmond centre)."

"Very friendly and great reception. Stylish and tasteful ambience. Beautiful rooms. Approx. 4-5 minutes walk to the railway station. Approx. 20-25 minutes to London City. Breakfast also freshly prepared a la carte. If the trip to London City doesn't put you off, it's a very good starting point and a very nice, clean and lovely place to stay."

"The hotel is good. However, 2 children/2 adults cannot stay in one room. I booked 2 single rooms + multi-rooms. There is an additional charge for additional children. 10 pounds/day/person. There is no swimming pool, so if you want to swim with your child, book at the Harbor Hotel Richmond next door."

"The hotel is very new and the location is small, and the room is small. I have become accustomed to this kind of experience in London. The front desk was very enthusiastic to help solve the problem. Due to the itinerary change for four days, the room that was not canceled was immediately confirmed. It was also refunded under Ctrip communication. In a foreign country, both the hotel and Ctrip are as warm as winter."

MMr Adam PorterI booked this hotel as a gift for family during a rugby match. The hotel failed to locate our booking, they then attempted to charge my family again despite me prepaying online, they eventually put my family in a room but not the family room with 2 double beds that I had paid for, instead they put them in a disabled room with one bed forcing a 15yr old boy to share with his grandma. The hotel acknowledges their mistake but failed to compensate us and instead only offered us the discounted price for the room they gave us. Caused unnecessary stress and downgraded customers who were not happy. Not good management of a hotel. Location is obviously ideal, room was clean and tidy and it’s great for rugby fans and those attending matches. It’s just disappointing about the service we received and the hotels failure to acknowledge and compensate appropriately. One positive was the SA rugby team were also in the hotel!

Pleasant staff especially Alicia at Reception. Nothing was too much trouble at all.
We will definitely be coming back soon.

GGuest UserMy brother has a 15-year-old child and booked a double bed room. The hotel facilities are very good, with a large lawn, football field, swimming pool, gym, and free parking. The room is also very clean and quite large. The breakfast is OK. It feels like all hotel breakfasts in the UK are the same. The hotel is far from the city. It costs 8 or 9 pounds to take a taxi from the hotel to the subway during off-peak hours and 18 or 19 pounds during busy hours. The difference is quite large, but it is more cost-effective than driving. Overall it is OK. Except for the troublesome transportation, everything else is OK.

Ttmhead13The hotel is more like a bed and breakfast, but there’s nothing wrong with that as long as it’s advertised as such. A warning for less able clients - all the rooms are on the 1st / 2nd / 3rd floor and there isn’t a lift. If you can’t use stairs or lift a suitcase, here isn’t for you.
The en-suite in our room wasn’t the cleanest. When we arrived, the bin hadn’t been replaced. There was also a really strong smell of urine every time we entered the room - even after housekeeping had been. The drain for the shower was very slow, so every time we showered, the tray filled with water.
All that said, the service was lovely. The staff were helpful - especially the staff member who works the breakfast service. There was also another staff member on our last day who gave us travel information because there were no trains from Kew that day.

WWAIWhen choosing this hotel, one of the main reason was it stated that parking is free, but when checking in, we were asked to pay £5 per day. Room was old and tired. Bath tub doesn't look clean and really small, night as well provide shower only.

DDariuszThe location is excellent but the flat we had needs some refurbishing. Bathroom doors couldn’t be closed properly, cupboard doors were loose, the microwave handle was also broken. The most importantly it was really tiny compared to the impression we’ve got from the photos posted on the internet.
