Such a lovely experience we had at Ellbee river view hotel. They have different categories of rooms and we had booked a river view premium room which was huge. It had two queen size beds, cupboards and all other necessary amenities. The staff of this hotel is very polite and provide quite prompt service. There are many female staffs who would carry your luggage and do work which we usually see males doing. I thoroughly loved this gesture of theirs which is empowering women! Now coming to the different services that is included with the room tariff for us - the lady at the reception very patiently and politely explained to us all that’s included. There was a High tea, a guided walk to the Triveni ghat, either of lunch / dinner and breakfast. I am not sure if they provide all of these services to all guests or there is any categorisation, just mentioned what was included for us. As mentioned the room was very spacious with beautiful Ganga view and wall paintings. The cupboards and chairs were very well decorated as well. The place was giving a royal vibe. Truly loved the hand written welcome notes. In the afternoon, post high tea, they take us to the Triveni Ghat where the Ganga Aarti happens. It’s just a 5-10 mins walk ( depending on your speed) but one has to climb stairs. Thus it’s understandable that the location of this hotel is great ! It’s right on the main road and one can find any necessary items easily. Coming to the food, their in-house rooftop restaurant serves delicious vegetarian food. Be it the lunch/dinner or the breakfast we enjoyed the food a lot. Special mention- the kulfi with Rabri. The dining accessories used both for high tea ( it happens in a separate hall) and lunch/dinner/breakfast were aesthetic. Despite all goods, there were some drawbacks which the management should work on. In few places we found cleanliness an issue. The cushions in the dining areas look bit old, in the washroom few areas have just started to rust. While right now it’s not a very disturbing sight, o think this should be highlighted so that the management can already start looking into These before these become a hurdle to the otherwise great services they have in store. All in all - highly recommended! Thoroughly enjoyed !

Water in bathroom was not working properly . Temperature wouldn’t change from boiling hot AC was leaking when on Bed bugs Bedroom was not refreshed even thou we weren’t in for 12 hours Towels , toilet paper and cups were not replaced Lumpy beds Card wasn’t working each morning so needed to ask reception to recharge Do not recommend this hotel
