It was my second trip to Aloha on the Ganges and their hospitality always amazes me in a delighting way. It was our anniversary and we enjoyed the specially made cake and decorations done in our room. Club room and swimming pool is all you need for kids. Food was scrumptious too. Thank you team Aloha😊👏

Aloha at the Ganges in Rishikesh exceeded my expectations! The serene ambiance, stunning views of the Ganges, and warm hospitality made for a truly unforgettable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that reflected the local culture. The hotel's prime location allowed for easy access to Rishikesh's spiritual and adventure activities. I highly recommend Aloha at the Ganges for a rejuvenating and peaceful getaway.

Food was excellent.Well thought evening engagement with high tea, Ganga Aarti and Folk dance. Neat , clean and very friendly staff. Suggestive activities great . Approach needs addressing as moving , out and in , for town visit gets cumbersome .

Absolutely disappointed with the service at Aloha on the Ganges. Their customer service representative Aditya was shockingly unprofessional. He charged us for the booking. We canceled and were promised refund but never sent the cancellation voucher, despite multiple follow-ups. We were cheated on the amount charged. After several attempts to get a response or resolution, there was no accountability, no follow-up, and zero customer support. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, especially from a resort that claims to offer premium service. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place. The experience was not only frustrating but also felt like a complete scam. Never trusting this resort again!

Amazing hospitality by GM Abhishek who looked after the minutest details to make us comfortable.The food was delicious-well looked after by F&B manager Mukesh.The linen & towels were good & cleanliness was well taken care of.Must mention the staff-always ready to help especially Shashank,Govind, Yogesh & list will go on.The Ganga Aarti is also beautifully conducted.Their restaurant Patio is par excellence-so a must visit.I’ll highly recommend it & will definitely go again

Overrated property. The hotel is a 2-3-star hotel but pretends to be a 5-star hotel. The food is average in the hotel restaurant, and walking to any other restaurant in the area requires trekking up the street, which is highly congested with traffic without designated footpaths for walkers.

Aloha always being our favourite place to relax and detox ourselves. As the view is awesome and food is delicious there. Chef sumit rastogi provide huge spread in buffet. All items are mouth watering. Very serene place to chill out........

An absolutely beautiful and soulful property. Mukesh was the ice on the cake with his beautiful flute music perfectly in tune with the mountain setting. Later in the evening with his keyboard unwinding old Hindi songs . Best experience ever.

***** with a very beautiful view, the welcoming rooms are amazing. It feels so good to sit on the banks of the Ganges. The mind becomes calm. The view looks different. I will come back soon with my family. It is so beautiful.Thanks to all the team

worst .. worst …and worst experience in aloha in rishikesh We recently stayed for 3 nights 61500 /- rs at Aloha by Ganges, and unfortunately, it was one of our worst experiences. We paid ₹20,500 per night for our room, but we encountered several issues during our stay. 1. **Reception Service:** The lady at the reception was unhelpful and uncooperative, which set a negative tone for our visit. 2. **Room Service:** After check-in, we requested a cart, but it took an excessively long time to arrive. 3. **Noise Disturbance:** While spending the evening in the garden, we were disturbed by loud music and rowdy behavior from guests renting nearby flats, making it hard to relax. 4. **Food Quality:** The breakfast was below our expectations, and the evening high tea was disappointing. On a positive note, the evening Ganga Aarti was exceptional, and we enjoyed the live music that followed. Overall, while there were some enjoyable moments, many aspects of our stay fell short of what we anticipated. I hope this feedback prompts improvements for future guests.

Nel nostro secondo viaggio in India tenevamo molto a conoscere Rishikesh. E’ stata una bella scoperta. Per quanto riguarda il nostro albergo, nonostante le bellissima posizione con vista Gange e l’ottima struttura alberghiera, siamo rimasti delusi della scarsa attenzione riservataci alla reception. Abbiamo notato una scarsa disponibilità a fornire indicazioni da noi richieste circa la cittadina. Anzi ci hanno dato informazioni fuorvianti per esempio circa gli orari delle manifestazioni religiose nei ghat della città. Ci sono apparsi molto interessati a fornire informazioni soltanto sulle attività in loco. Questo aspetto ci ha convinto a non prolungare il soggiorno, trasferendoci nella vicina Haridwar.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Aloha by Ganges, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. For ₹20,500 per night, I expected a much higher standard of service and comfort. Also if you are bringing the driver ***** then it will be difficult because there is no dormitory or proper place for driver

Excellent and very good service. Staff are very friendly and helpful in any manner. Food quality is also great. The Gagne Aarti in the hotel is very good it’s very good and unique experience to us. Our visit to Aloha is remembered to all our family friends
