The front desk staff were outstanding. They were so helpful and kind. The hotel was classy and beautiful. My stay was comfortable however there could be more improvement with the planning of the dining hall. The seating was inadequate for the amount of people at the hotel.

Great Stay , location nice , Reception desk staff was very good and and receptive , had issue with wifi , staff specially came and helped , Ms Yuan Yuan was very helpful

Air conditioning system comes with a locking device which must be unlocked in order to be switched on, WiFi also very complicated to connect. Staff is friendly although not totally experienced.
