超級棒 下次還會去。 唯一感到傷心的是，酒店送的紀念品，放在車裡，被羅馬小偷砸窗連包全部偷走了。 真的好喜歡被子和包包還有一本書！！ 全沒了😔

這是我在歐洲住過最棒的酒店之一！店主非常的熱情好客且耐心，還為我們提供了免費的bar和lunch以及給了我們一張城市地圖還附上了講解。 酒店房間非常乾淨，香香的，很新，早餐無敵好吃，並且這家酒店的所以服務人員都有非常好的服務態度😭我簡直太喜歡了！！！！！如果還有機會來羅馬我一定會選擇再次入住！

A chic hotel in a fantastic location near the palatine hill. Service was kind and attentive and the welcome drink and evening drink were an unexpected bonus. The room and bed was very comfortable.

運氣好真好我在***********沒有訂到，反而在攜程訂到這間酒店。這家酒店地點太方便了，去景點走路十幾分鍾就到了。服務對客人更是熱情，我都不知道他們哪裡來的精力！

位置非常好，服務也不錯，就是洗澡水很小。

住店體驗一流，酒店還非常貼心的送上餐廳推薦清單，我試過幾家酒店推薦的餐廳，非常棒。前台小姐姐 Charlotte 非常熱情友好，主動幫忙訂了餐廳，訂出租車，希望酒店能看到她的出色。

非常喜歡，近角鬥場。酒店服務非常好，服務人員友善熱心。晚上頂樓夜景太棒了，還有屋頂游泳池和酒吧服務。

The hotel environment is well designed and cleaned. Reception is nice and helpful as well as polite.

We stayed 2 nights in this charming hotel in the Monti neighborhood. Although the room was small (like so many hotel rooms in Rome!) it was very well thought out and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive; especially our breakfast server (I'm sorry, I can't remember his name!) He was so sweet to cheer my husband on while he tried his best Italian to order breakfast. I really liked the location- away from the maddening crowds yet close to unique shops and restaurants that didn't feel like tourist traps. Would absolutely stay here again!

Found this hotel from Rick Steves book. It was lovely. Great location near the colosseum but tucked away on a nice street. The staff was the best, so helpful with everything from reservations for restaurants to calling taxis and arranging airport transportation. Aurora - the restaurant was very nice- great food and drinks. Would highly recommend Nerva when in Roma!

The bed was very comfortable, they arranged flowers and wine for our anniversary. The staff was very pleasant, we also enjoyed the free mini bar and drink tokens upon arrival. The rooms was spacious for two people. We would definitely come back if we visit Rome again.

We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Nerva in Rome. Service and attention paid to the guests were 5 stars. Everyone speaks excellent English which makes communication very easy. Location is extremely good as it is close to all historic sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to Hotel Nerva at our next Rome visit.

Exceptional hospitality. Well trained staff. If you like small boutique hotel stays this is one to book. Friendly customer service, quality breakfast, close walking distance to ancient Roma exhibits. English was easily spoken with staff making our trip easier.

the ideal spot for a trip to Rome, with incredibly comfortable beds, soundproof windows, and a very comfortable bar for a pre dinner drink.. Great location, good restaurants abound within a few minutes walk, close but not too close to anything. Easy walk to the train station. Spotless rooms with great design, and staff that seemed delighted to help in every way.
