Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Salou Golden Port hotel. We troffen het met het weer waardoor we heerlijk in de buitenbaden hebben kunnen zwemmen. Bij minder weer is er ook een wat kleinere binnenbad. Wij hadden een familie kamer welke in het bijgebouw zit, erg groot met 2 slaapkamers. Was meer een appartement. Prima bedden en heerlijke douche! In dit gebouw zit ook een ruime gym met cardio en kracht. We hadden alleen ontbijt maar dat was erg uitgebreid en 1x in hotel diner (ivm stroomstoring in heel Spanje!) konden we toch in hotel eten met noodstroom. Geluk bij ongeluk want dat was heerlijk en veel keuze. Kids helemaal blij met toetjes en chocoladefontijn. Je zit vlakbij het centrum en strand/boulevard is 10 a 15 minuten lopen. Goed te doen! Qua entertainment overdag vonden wij niet zoveel aan. Wel mooie shows in de avond alleen pas om 22u. Er was een voetbalveldje waar ze de veel gingen voetballen. Al met al een aanrader!

Very helpful receptionist and kind, affordable prices and breakfast buffet was amazing and unlimited choices. Very happy. Will surely recommend, i wish I could book for All inclusive. I only include breakfast buffet. It few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants

Excellent swift friendly Check-in. Noticed immediately how spotlessly clean everything looked and this remained the case throughout the holiday, Great cleaning staff who are the backbone of any business. Room on top floor adequate for a couple. Replacement condiments and kept clean. Bed a little hard for me but will suit others Bar services and prices are excellent. Even went back to hotel some nights to catch last half hour of entertainment unknown for us but the bar and entertainment had a great atmosphere. The free water fountains dotted around the hotel was an added bonus. Restaurant/Cafe had a couple of lunches excellent standard and hot. Went half board due to little cost difference from our usual choice of B&B the food quality and choices were amazing. Never seen so much choice and not the cheap stuff either you have to try the. Roast Beef the best ever. The only thing that stopped 5 star was cold plates a bug bear of mine and food more often than not only just warm. There are microwaves dotted about but can’t fit dinner plates in the microwaves. Drink prices in restaurant very reasonable and free water another plus . Would I return, if I fancied a quick getaway most definitely but would probably stay in the apartments given one likes to sleep and the other up all hours, apartments would give us the best of both worlds quality and space. Used the Spa facilities again faultless.

Absolutely amazing hotel with great entertainment and staff were really attentive. The hotel is lovely and clean and the food was lovely we had half board and the selection was the best I have ever had and beautifully presented and well organised. Great location 5 mins walk to all shops and beach, rooms were so clean and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel for family’s and couples.

We had a fantastic stay at Golden Port. Everything was perfect from the hotel welcome atmosphere, room modern and well designed with everything you could possibly need. Housekeeping were excellent. We were half board and breakfast and Dinner were amazing. Great selection of food. We saw two shows in hotel Generation Pop were brilliant the three girls had great voices put on an amazing show . The second show was couple that did trapeze and danced they were highly enjoyable. We look forward to going back to Golden Port and would highly recommend to our friends 🧡 While we were there the electricity outage occurred. The staff were amazing. Put out fantastic dinner under such unexpected circumstances. 👏 👏 👏 👏

Estuve del 12 al 17 de abril 2025 el hotel está muy bien en cuanto atención del personal y las limpiadoras , me gusto ke el agua en las comidas no lo cobran solo refrescos o vino ,no me gusto ke el tostador de pan era como los de casa y iba muy lento ,ke los cafés en la máquina no salían muy calientes pero decir ke el buffet tanto de desayuno como cena ke fue lo ke utilice es muy variado y en cuanto al parking para 16 euros ke cobran por noche esta muy descuidado y si la plaza te toca para la zona de atrás tiene un paso muy estrecho de echo yo pedí ke me la cambiaran y no hubo problema me dieron otra en la zona de delante ke agradezco ,en cuanto al spa no he estado

Came to Salou first time & the hotel was amazing. Staff were very friendly and remember who you are. Grounds are super clean with the rooms cleaned daily. We went All Inclusive and it did not disappoint, you get some names spirits on the bar also with this board and the food...well the food alone should be 5 stars!!! There is a huge variety to choose from with different themed nights! Friday night & Sunday with the roast beast was just the best!! All the meat they serve just melts in your mouth!! Rooms are lovely and modern with a huge tv, Entertainment is second to none. The shows that were there were again 5star shows. Magic shows, Quizzes', Bingo, Staff shows. All Amazing...Already booked again for August this year (2025) And we simply cannot wait!!

This hotel is excellent. Very close to shopping and beach. Literally 5 mins. The decor in rooms is modern. Great fridge, safe, and tv with you tube, Netflix, channels. Went half board and breakfast and dinner very good. Great variety and you won't be stuck for something to eat. Staff all very friendly. 4 pools to choose from. Great gym also. Was there when the power outage happened all over Spain, Portugal etc and was handled well. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Buffet de qualité, varié et copieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. L'amabilité et le professionnalisme de l'ensemble du personnel est à souligner. Les soirées proposées au bar sont topissimes. Sans oublier la piscine, le spa... Dépaysement complet.

This hotel is literally our home away from home we have stayed at least 4 years running. This year we have returned once again this time only with my son. I would never travel to salou and think about booking any other hotel and that's a promise everything from the extremely friendly ladies on reception to every single member of the restaurant from the front doors of the restaurant to the cooks prepping the food. Maintenance mechanics very professional and friendly also. I've took my 5 year old son to salou for the first time and as much as I have regretted not going all inclusive as my son has found some sort of comfort being around this hotel which isn't like him so we have been living out of the hotel which has been slightly more expensive for drink etc compared to some local bars in the town. Prices are some what justified by the service that we received time and time again. We run into issues with my son losing room key where a replacement was issued at the click of a fingers. We had a problem with room safe not unlocking and withing 4-5 minutes of reporting issue we had a maintenance mechanic arrive and rectified the issue within seconds. The ladies who maintain the room are extremely professional and carry out a very good job (I hate untidy rooms) and thankfully never had to worry about this. Fresh towels and bedding made each day unless requested otherwise. Genuinely faultless work and deserve the praise. We are due to arrive in may to salou again just myself and my partner and of course back to golden port Salou which was an easy decision. We had only took breakfast with previous stay but we were more than happy with the breakfast with two fussy eaters and we had no issues getting a lovely breakfast each morning. This time around I think we may enquire about an all inclusive add on if possible as we enjoy spending our time in this hotel over going to restaurants who serve some sub standard food. I've reviewed this several days before leaving due to the recognition it deserves and we are already looking forward to returning and hopefully enjoying a more relaxed and child free holiday which we always enjoy. I had an absolutely fantastic stay here and genuinely did not find fault with anything. The staff were outstanding – warm, welcoming, and really went out of their way to make my stay special. I was especially impressed when the restaurant team greeted me by first name. The entertainment was excellent and added so much to the experience. The food was amazing, a fantastic variety and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. Although I was only there for three days, I truly wish I'd stayed longer. I’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you to all the team for such a lovely stay!

This hotel has everything you need, location, excellent food, and 5* staff. This was my wife and I second time to stay here and we can easily see why we chose it again this year. Even though it was only Easter the hotel was hopping. The dining room was full for all meals and the way the room is controlled makes it so easy.

Great hotel Good location, right next to Salou town centre via exit from back door at the in house cafe. Spotless hotel Friendly staff. I would have given five stars, but the animation team wasnt the best but to be fair its early in the season. Difficult to judge that. Food was really good. Lots of choice and varied menu's. All in all, I would strongly recommend this hotel for all. Enjoy.
