Muy mal servicio no me hicieron el servicio de limpieza en la habitación estoy muy decepcionada

Fui a pasar el fin de semana a Salou a este Hotel. La habitación es amplia, baño bien equipao, terraza con dos sillas y tendedero para las toallas o bañadores. La atención recibida fue cordial. Desayuno y cena tipo buffet gran variedad de comida. La piscina y las zonas comunes estaban limpias y bien atendidas por el personal del Hotel. El Hotel está situado en la zona alta de Salou, cerca de una cala. Un Hotel recomendado.

Останавливаюсь в отеле в 3 раз. Буду заселяться ещё, удобное расположение к 3 пляжам и удобно добираться до порт авентуры. Хорошая еда. Цена-качество 10/10

It’s listed as 4* but it’s definitely more 3* Staff was vey Professional and accommodating on Arrival, Hotel is Spotless and our rooms were Cleaned every day.Food was nice, although we only had the one meal and about 3 Breakfast for the week. Great Variety of food available..

Stayed for 1 wk mid July Check in smooth ,,room wasn't ready at time of arrival 12.30 But received our all inclusive bands and got settled in ok Got room shortly after this 2 large double beds ,,,storage space adequate ,,free safe and fridge Room was also very clean Bar area and pool area very clean and spacious plenty seats and sun beds All inclusive all round was very good always got something to eat Staff are very courteous and everyone works very hard All in all good wk

We stayed on a half-board basis and paid a very reasonable price. We felt we received a good value for the money we paid. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. We really could not find fault with the variety and quality. There was plenty of variety, which catered well to guests of all nationalities. We chose to have lunch at the hotel one day, which was 16 euros each. We felt this was a very reasonable price considering the cost of the nearby restaurants. The location for the beach and main promenade was good. Around an 8-minute walk and some stairs to get to the main promenade. The room was lovely and clean. We appreciated the extra touches of the mini-fridge and the free-to-use safe! The pool is a good size and about average for the area. There were no inflatables allowed; however, if they were allowed, they would take up a fair bit of space in the pool, so I do agree with the hotel's policy on this one. Likewise, we appreciated the pool not opening up till 10 am as it allowed us to sleep in and enjoy our breakfast without having to worry about getting a sunbed or the "sunbed warriors". We had no problem getting sunbeds in the morning. Overall, this hotel was an average standard 4-star hotel. Cannot fault it, especially considering the money we paid.

Hotel is located in the heart of Salou with 5 minutes walk from the beach and approx 10 mins walk to the main area. Lots of supermarkets near by the hotel. Hotel rooms are adequate for space and each have a balcony. Rooms are equipped with hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel. Towels are available to rent for €5 euros each in cash only as it gets refunded to you in cash when you hand them back in. Parking at the hotel is €20 per night, however within 5 mins walk (via a shortcut) you can get parking in a car park for €6 for 24 hours. I’ve attached images for those coming with a car. Dinner at the hotel was standard buffet - chips, pizza, pasta, paella, veg. Breakfast buffet - standard with freshly made omelettes for you. Pool is a good size with a small kids shallow pool and a jacuzzi alongside the main pool. Plenty of sunbeds around.

He estado seis días con mi pareja y no creo q volvamos. Algo positivo es la ubicación, cerca de tiendas y ocio, a la cala son también 5 min lo único q el acceso o es cuesta o son 156 escaleras. Las habitacion normalita pero el colchón y almohada pésimo. En el baño no hay escobilla. La comida repetitiva. La piscina turbia y sucia

Location good, not far from beach and Center. Price on 10 days is good. Wanna more mixed breakfast, but other things are fine

Queremos felicitar especialmente a Antonio en cocina: profesionales como él ya quedan pocos. Fue atento en todo momento, especialmente con el tema de intolerancias alimentarias, y nos ofreció un trato impecable. Es todo un ejemplo de vocación en el mundo de la hostelería. El resto del servicio estuvo correcto y cumplió con lo esperado.

Nos ha encantado el Hotel Best San Diego y la animación del hotel ! Hay diferentes actividades por la mañana y por la tarde, son aptas para adultos y niñ@s. Los monitores han hecho que nuestras vacaciones fueran muy entretenidas. Los niños del hotel se lo pasaban en grande con las actividades infantiles y el club para peques. Aprovechábamos al máximo las sesiones de juegos acuáticos y los shows en vivo por la noche. Muy recomendable para familias y parejas que buscan diversión y buen ambiente. el mejor hotel en el que hemos estado en mucho tiempo. todo fue fenomenal y la atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel ha sido muy buena. cuenta con animación tanto para niños como para adultos, sin importar el idioma o la nacionalidad de cada uno de los huéspedes que se alojan. hay juegos muy divertidos y actividades muy bien organizadas
