"Reception is not in obvious place, poor wi-fi and water supply. Some minor problems with interior. Balcony without any access to it. Otherwise, really good location, breakfast, surroundings. Not for a long stay IMHO"
"We're stayed only 24h, because Covid striked just then and country started to go lockdown. We had about 48h to leave country, but the owner canceled our bookings with a smile on his face and welcomed back when it was possible again. Such an excellent place/owner/staff. They even served bf to our rooms in the morning before we left to the ferry. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Excellent location next to beach. Highly recommended and definitely we will come back to finish our holidays in this cool resort. ❤️"
"New restaurant and resort, clean and tidy. Fabulous food and staff. The pizza is amazing if you follow their instructions on how to eat. Very comfortable and clean accommodation of only 8 units around a nice pool. Lovely staff. Restaurant is super popular in the evenings so suggest booking"

"The hotel has a beach, the room has a pot and induction cooker, you can make something to eat yourself, the front beach room is very good, and the triple room in the back room is a big bed, which is a bit embarrassing"

"We availed one seaview room and 1 highway view room. The highway room was so clean, like newly renovated, its perfect. Spacious, mlamig na aircon and new. Unlike the seaview room, mejo natanggal na ang paints sa may cr, and aircon is mejo luma and may konting alikabok. But OVERALL, WE LOVE IT. Just a few touch lang sa seaview. Will recommend this to friends and family!!"
"Set back from the bustling streets, high above San Juan, excellent service. Top notch staff.
And very good cuisine.
All in a superb exotic garden and a fantastic swimming pool.
Well done"
"Had an amazing stay with my friends! 🫶 The service was top-notch and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The amenities were clean and well-maintained, making our trip extra comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! 😊"
"I like this resort very much. There is a swimming pool. The clerk is very enthusiastic. It is the sea. The room is air-conditioned and the WiFi is good. The only drawback is that the chicken is called at three o'clock in the morning. Overall, I slept very well and the children liked it very much."

Outstanding
GGuest UserVery good, the service is very good, one of the best hotels on the island. I stayed in different room types on different dates, and the hotel was very considerate. They asked about my future itinerary, helped me arrange the luggage for the room change in advance, and informed me that the new room was ready. They even arranged a bus to take me to the pier on the day I left the hotel, and even arranged tedious things like check-in, so I don’t have to worry about it at all! praise!
AAnonymous UserThis was one of the finest trips I have ever experienced, and I would eagerly return to the Philippines solely to stay at this resort. While there were some initial issues with bugs, the staff responded promptly and demonstrated exceptional kindness, significantly enhancing my overall satisfaction. However, the problem-solving procedures could benefit from greater professionalism, akin to what is found in high-end hotels. Overall, the experience was truly outstanding.
GGValHad a great time at this resort. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is delicious. Near many bars and restaurants. They will also help book tours for you.
林林The room rate is very favorable. A 150-night independent cottage is really rare. The environment is good. You can go directly to the beach, but the sand is relatively thick. The holiday is very comfortable. If you don't mind the lack of air conditioning. If you are traveling, just rent a motorcycle next to the hotel. Breakfast is also very cost-effective, 180 pesos, local meat is really cheap, breakfast with meat is cheaper than breakfast with quiche. There was a small episode on the last night that there was a power outage. The room had no air conditioning and was rather stuffy, and I didn't dare to open the door. There are many ants on the island and many stray dogs, but the two dogs in the hotel are quite cute (a native dog). Although the hotel coffee is only 80 pesos, it is really bitter, very bitter and bitter. Milk and Sugar is completely useless. It is comparable to Chinese medicine. If you want to drink coffee, you can choose the most common 40 pesos.
EEmily Rose LWe want to thank the owner Gri and staff at this lovely hotel! The warmth and welcome we felt was phenomenal, as well as the service. The highlight of the stay was the gorgeous pool and view. We loved beginning and ending each day with a dip and hearing the waves crash as we fell asleep. Magical! The flowers and trees on the property are stunning and the rooms are comfortable and reasonably appointed. The beds are firm by western standards but being that we are Americans who live in China, we love this for our backs!
We ate breakfast every morning and one of our dinners in the hotel restaurant and it is very high quality, tasty food. I especially loved the organic spinach and homemade dumplings, as well as the mapo tofu- YUM! The fresh fruit each day was crisp and delicious and I LOVED drinking coconuts by the pool. Thank you, Cherry! Coffee is for purchase at the restaurant, not in the rooms.
The location of the hotel is quite remote, meaning it is peaceful and quiet. I recommend you arrange transportation for excursions in advance each day, or rent a scooter, as waiting for a tricycle can be long. We were told that you can swim and snorkel in front of the hotel but the tide was too low when we tried one day. However, there are snorkels and kayaks for use in the hotel!
The hotel is still developing some of the water activities available. The pool is deep enough for diving courses, but check to make sure they are ready, as the gear is still in order as of Oct 2023. There are snorkel and dive spots a short ride away, however, and you can ask for help at the desk to book a tour or connect with a dive shop.
LLiushangyanWe will come to Siquijor Island again. Here we are away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We can quietly feel everything that nature has given us. The private beach, swimming pool and sea in the hotel are so warm. The boss is actually Chinese. We drank tea and chatted with him. He shared with us the comfortable life on Siquijor Island. The boss is very generous. A man from Northeast China treated me to dumplings with garlic. That long-lost taste of my hometown! The lady boss was very pretty and enthusiastic. She helped me change pesos (we didn't have enough cash with us). The exchange rate was 7.8, which was the highest in the past 10 days! In the evening, we were recommended the route and attractions for the second day's island tour. They called a tutu car for us on the second day's island tour for 1,400 pesos from 8:30 am to 5 pm. The driver was very nice and enthusiastic along the way. Every time we arrived at a scenic spot, we were given a different surprise. Siquijor Island is really a treasure island that you must visit once. It was a wonderful journey...
GGuest UserI emailed them my arrival time, and arrived late (time it was advertised to be open 7:30ish pm) nobody was there, nobody answered phone call and there was no signage for instructions on what to do after hours, so I walked around and made a guess or what room I booked based off pictures. Luckily it was the right one. The next day told them about it they kinda said sorry, there was a power outage so was uncontactable but really there should be some instructions for this kind of thing. The girl offered me a coffee that I thought was on the house after telling her everything and then turns out it was just an upsell haha (I mean I’m not expecting it but jeez).
Staff were nice enough and the place needs some maintenance but in a beautiful location for sunset.
