힐링 리조트. 산에 있어서 위치? 편의성은 별로지만 리조트 안에서 모든걸 해결할수 있어서 큰 불편함은 없습니다. 호텔직원분들도 너무 친절합니다. 그들의 친절함에 반했습니다!

비싸고 가기도 힘든 곳이지만 뷰가 다한 곳 비현실적이라 동화 속을 걷는 거 같음 특히 수영장이 너무 좋음

까운퉈 지권 메움 불췬절 햡니댱 숙쏘에 냉좡고 없고 물한병 안쥽뉘뎌 비싼만큼 풍경은 좋아요 수영장도 좋습니다 레스토랑 음식도 맛있었습니다 가는 길 너무나도 힘두러워ㅕㅇ 그래도 에어컨은 잘됩니다 문닫을때 벌레 안들어오게 빨리 닫아야랍니다 50만원은 그냥 풍경값 입니다 밤에 별도 너무 예뻒어요 근데 지권 메움 불췬절^^

Just. Wow. We had been traveling Vietnam for a week and half up until this point and this place blew our damn minds. This is the kind of place that you can fly in and do JUST this if you are looking for a remote chill oasis. We stayed 3 nights but could have done 1 week. At first I was a little nervous about my choice as we drove to the lodge because it is quite far from Sapa town. But I quickly realized that the grounds and food were so wonderful....I didn't want to leave. When we arrived, we decided to upgrade to a Pool suite and if you are thinking about it....go for it. The room was so gorgeous. I wish I could take the shower home with us. We talked about how if it had a kitchen we would live there. The pool water was super warm, which was nice very early am and at night- but not great in the hot afternoon sun. But no worries, because you can head over to the infinity pool which is STUNNING and get served cocktails and poke bowls in cooler water. The food is wonderfulllllll. From breakfast, to room service, to the pool, to the steakhouse- seriously better than anything you will eat in Sapa town. Maybe it's just the places we went to in Sapa town but we just were not impressed with anything we ate there. There is a free shuttle to the town, but beware when staying in town to the darker hours as the last shuttle will take you back around 1:15pm. I don't recommend using grab to get back. We got scammed. Driver accepted it, then said he had to charge his car for 15 min before taking us so we got out but he continued the ride, I had trouble figuring out how to cancel it, not sure if you can while a drive is active? After 10 min I finally tried writing a stern message to him in Vietnamese using google translate and he then canceled it. Negotiate with a taxi driver or ask the hotel to arrange a car for you. The ride back at night is bumpy and dark. In Sapa town, we loved Moana and Cat Cat village- wear comfortable shoes as there are a lottttt of steps. At the lodge, I booked a body scrub...HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's like a scrub massage and it was so relaxing. My skin felt so soft and buttery afterwords. Wish I booked other treatments there. We also did a private hike with Hi. He was a wonderful guide. It was about 2 hours and the scenery is UNREAL. The rice paddies and mountains are just beautiful. You might get followed by the village women trying to sell you things, at first I felt uncomfortable..but then it turned out to be a part of the experience. If you want to buy something at the end of the walk to support them , do so. What I like about the staff here, is that they are there when you need them- but it is not overbearing. I just love being able to text someone a food/drink order on what's app. You will be able to schedule spa and tours this way as well. I truly hope to revisit this place one day. This hotel is the epitome of ecolodge tucked away amongst remote farming villages. It trikes the right blend of rustic and remote plus luxurious and convenient. Our stay at the Topas Ecolodge was nothing short of spectacular! Every meal and every moment was a gem

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Topas Ecolodge nach 8 Jahren. Gebucht haben wir für eine Woche eine Pool Villa incl. Transfers mit dem Topas Mountain Express. Die Transfers waren pünklich und bequem. Der Empfang in der Lodge sehr herzlich und informativ. Unterkunft: Unser Wunsch für eine Villa in der Nähe zum 360 grad Restaurant wurde erfüllt. Der Bungalow traumhaft mit Aussicht auf die Reisterrassen und die Berge, sehr viel Schrankfläche und kostenlose Minibar. Der Pool vom Bungalow ist beheizt (34 Grad oder nach Wunsch). Ein zusätzlicher Liegestuhl wurde sofort auf Wunsch auf der Terrasse aufgestellt. Auch andere Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Nachmittags kostenloser Sundowner entweder im 360grad Restaurant (4 verschiendene Drinks zum Selbermixen + Wein + Knabberzeug) oder für alle Bungalows im Stilt Restaurant (ein alkoholischer Drink oder alkoholfrei) mit der Möglichkeit im Freien den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und der Service ganz ausgezeichnet. Der Wunsch nach einer kühleren Pool-Temperatur wurde sofort erfüllt. Restaurant: Wir haben das Frühstück entweder im Stilt Restaurant oder im Panorama Restaurant genossen. Fast identisch, sehr umfangreich und ausgezeichnet. Im Stilt Restaurant Selbstbedienung. Vorteil: man konnte auf der Terrasse draussen frühstücken. Wir haben zum Dinner nur im Stilt Restaurant gessen, da wir vietnamesische Speisen bevorzugen. Das Essen war gut bis sehr gut. Angenehm: Kostenloses Mountain Wasser zum Essen. Die Preise empfanden wir als angemessen für Qualität, Service und Ambiente. Ausflüge: Die Ausflüge in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Lodge können problemlos selbst durchgeführt werden. Man erhält am Empfang eine Karte auf denen die Wege eingezeichnet sind. Hat man eine vietnamesische SIM Card ist die Google Maps App o.ä. hilfreich. Die hartnäckigen Verkäuferinnen am Eingang waren kein Problem. Nicht beachten, nicht antworten, keinen Augenkontakt, schnell durchqueren und stur "no" sagen. Zusätzlich hilft ein Regen/Sonnenschirm , den man als Sichtschutz zu den Verkäuferinnen aufspannt. Nach 100 m haben sie immer aufgegeben, vermutlich unter vietnamesichen Beschimpfungen, die wir nicht verstanden haben. Allerdings sind insbesondere nach Regen manche Wege sehr schlammig. Stöcke und sogar Gummistiefel stehen am Eingang zur Verfügung. Sehr empfehlenswert war die traumhafte "Hidden Trails" Tour. Wir hatten eine private Tour mit einem weiblichen guide namens Chinh gebucht. Damit konnten wir das Tempo der Wanderung und die Route individuell anpassen. Unser Guide Chinh war fantastisch. Sie hat uns vieles erklärt ohne zuviel zu schwätzen, hat Rücksicht auf unsere Kondition genommen, war lustig und wir haben sogar zusammen gesungen. Zum Schluss haben wir in ein Lokal gegessen, daß nicht von Gruppen besucht wird. Sehr nett, einfach aber sehr schmackhaft. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Hier stimmt einfach alles, sehr stilvoll gebaut und eingerichtet, tolles Essen und gute Weine, geniale Massagen, äusserst freundliches Personal. Die Bungalows mit eigenem Pool bieten einen zusätzlichen luxuriösen Confort, welcher in den kältrtem Monaten von grossem Nutzen ist.

L’hôtel est situé à 3/4 d’heure de Sapa et se situe au sommet de 2 petites montagnes et la vue demeure incroyable. Calme, zénitude, confort au milieu des rizières en terrasse. Le bungalow premium executive est spacieux et dispose d’une terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu réduit. Les 2 piscines bénéficient d’une vue incroyable et l’une est chauffée à 30 degrés.

Fantastic hotel and experience in wonderful surroundings. The room was incredible with fantastic views. Restaurant food was brilliant and breakfast was a great selection and really delicious. An absolute treat to end 26 days in Vietnam. Fantastic massage treatment. Only downside is the number of instagram influencers. 3 hours by the pool one afternoon with 3 girls constantly pulling “poses” “v” signs, was just a little much and borderline disrespectful. Not sure there is much the hotel can do other than it’s meant to be a quiet pool. The views are unreal so it’s an influencers paradise I guess.

We are overwhelmed by the kindness of staff, the tasteful architecture, lovely food and the beauty of the landscape. The hardest decision to make was if we should relax in the pool area, the villa/room or in front of the fireplace st the bar... overall a very beautiful place and experience.

Mình đã rất hào hứng và book 2 đêm nghỉ tại Topas Ecolodge vì đã có một trải nghiệm khá tốt tại Topas Riverlodge một năm trước đó cho tới khi đây. Tuy quảng bá như một khu nghỉ dưỡng 5 sao nhưng không có lễ tân 24/7, phòng thì đúng như một căn homestay. Tất cả những cái gọi là “xanh,bảo vệ môi trường” đều là chiêu trò đưa ra để tối ưu chi phí. Ăn sáng không đa dạng, 2 đêm mình ở thì món ăn sáng cũng không thay đổi, có rất nhiều phục vụ buổi sáng nhưng cũng không ra hỏi han hay dọn đĩa khi khách ăn xong, mình phải bỏ sang bàn bên và một lúc sau mới có người tới dọn. Tất cả những điều nhỏ nhặt để xứng đáng với cái mức giá gần 6tr/đêm đều không xứng: đường trắng cũng không có hũ đựng đàng hoàng mà lại để vào cái jug để nước đường; máy ép không rửa sau khi ép các loại nước làm bị lẫn vị; các hoạt động trong khách sạn thì dán vào một cái bảng đã bị mưa làm mờ hết ở góc ven đường; amenities nhà tắm trông eco mà loại chi phí thấp, xả bồn cầu sắc, thiết kế dễ kẹp tay; check out cũng không hỏi về trải nghiệm của khách hàng, khách có bảo ăn sáng xong bị đau bụng cũng không tìm hiểu xem là do món gì hay vấn đề gì để cải thiện, xin lỗi hay báo bếp. Nói chung là một trải nghiệm quá chán với giá phải trả, không bằng một cái homestay hộ gia đình họ kịn doanh!

We upgraded to the private pool villa which was well worth the extra money. The pool is a decent size and very warm. We were very lucky to have superb weather over the two days. Misty in the morning but sunshine throughout the day. The 360 degree views are jaw dropping, particularly from the infinity pools. We did two walking tours through the rice terraces with a guide. The short route goes from the hotel so there are several local people wanting to sell you their wares. They want to engage and will follow you on the entire walk, but it is possible to ask them to wait until you return as they do speak some English. Highlight of our trip to Vietnam.
