We’ve enjoyed our stay at Mitsui Garden West. Their staff made us feel very welcomed, which we feel very appreciative of. Knowing we’re on our honeymoon, they very thoughtfully added well wishes on our room’s Tv screen, and even gifted us a Mitsui bear for the occasion 🤍🥹 The only part we thought could be improved was the laundry situation — there’s only 2 washer/dryers for the whole hotel, each located in the men and women’s bath. It would be great if more washers were available. Other than that, we have no complains and sincerely thank the amazing staff!

A clean, modern hotel but unfortunately, the Aircon was not sufficiently cold during my stay. Even lowering the temperature setting by a good 6 to 7 degrees made no difference. The room was relatively dim compared to all other hotel rooms I've stayed in. Bottled water was given everyday. But the coffee, tea and sugar were only provided for the first day.
