It’s within walking distance of major attractions like the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke), the Old Town, and the Culture and Convention Center (KKL Luzern). The area is modern and convenient, though if you’re looking for a more historic, traditional Swiss setting, you might prefer something in the Old Town. Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Amenities – 8.5/10 Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces. Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost. Free WiFi – Strong and reliable throughout the hotel."

Since it is a long way down the stairs, there is a bell to inform customers to ring the bell and the hotel staff will help carry the luggage and send customers to the room to guide them to check in! Environment: Overlooking the view of Lake Lucerne Facilities: The bed and pillows in the room are very comfortable and soft"

"The hotel is a typical old-fashioned hotel, decorated in antique style and the elevator is small. Outside the window of the room is Lake Lusen, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is good. Hotel parking is not convenient, parking is not available at the entrance of the hotel, opposite a social parking lot is charged (temporary parking is not charged), there are two hotel dedicated parking spaces but often not about. However, there is a public parking lot 300 meters away from the hotel. After check-in, the front desk will inform the parking lot location and enter the license plate information, free parking is available."

"Highly recommended! The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Lucerne train station and all the major attractions, with a bus stop right outside. I absolutely loved the hotel's decor. The room was very spacious, and they provided a full range of amenities including shower caps, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. (Toothbrushes and toothpaste, however, need to be requested from the front desk.) Plus, there were complimentary snacks and drinks specially prepared for guests! The hotel breakfast was delicious, and if you're not keen on the buffet, they also offer an à la carte menu. Additionally, the hotel also boasts exceptionally delicious Chinese cuisine (though be warned, it's quite expensive). The hotel is right by Lake Lucerne, and it's truly idyllic to just sit on the balcony, feel the breeze, and enjoy a drink when you have some downtime. 😌 Overall, this is easily the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Switzerland. The only drawback? It's a bit pricey, haha!"

"Awesome hotel! There is a lake view outside the window. The hotel has its own lawn where you can lie down and enjoy the lake view and sauna. The hotel staff are very friendly and helped us with the reservation. There is a No. 24 bus at the hotel entrance that goes directly to the train station entrance. There is a bus every 10 minutes, and the transportation is very convenient (the hotel provides free bus tickets). Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is conveniently located right out of the street of the hotel with things to do, restaurants and shops. The window looks straight out of the Alpine snow-capped mountains, and the room is big enough and the toilet is big enough."

"This hotel is better than its excellent location, one is close to the railway station, and the other is the scenery is superb. The room is not big, the kitchen stove is right next to the bed, it doesn't feel very good. There is no oven, only induction cooker and microwave, cooking facilities are average. The bathroom is relatively spacious. What impresses people is the elevator, which is so compact that it is impossible for a family of three and our luggage to go upstairs at once. There is no air-conditioning in the room. The Swiss high temperature this summer, there is only a floor-standing electric fan, it is not very comfortable to sleep at night."
