"Upon entering the lobby, there was no one to guide us on the check-in process. During check-in, the lobby was too noisy, and the staff spoke very softly, making it hard to hear. When I had to ask for clarification, the staff member became visibly impatient. There was no one to escort us to our room, so we had to find it ourselves. This completely lacks the service expected from a 5-star hotel. We specifically chose this resort for the beach and the hotel experience, but for over 1000 a night, it offered very few recreational facilities or engaging activities. Compared to resorts in Sanya, this place doesn't stand a chance. Honestly, it would be much better to stay at a nearby guesthouse, which offers better value for money. The only thing this hotel might offer extra is a swimming pool. However, our butler was quite responsible and did arrange the bed rail for our child as requested. For such a large hotel, many services are truly lacking. Hotel guests even have to pay to rent swimming floats at the pool, and children's sand toys are not provided complimentary either 😅😅. The accompanying photo shows my room's facilities, which struck me as a bit rough around the edges."

"Location is good to have a run or walk across the road. Not many restaurant near by but a coffee shop is quite good. Not recommend corner room because there is construction area on the side. Not recommend lower floor because the toilet might be smelly. There are bottle water offer in the room. WiFi and TV service not stable. The light of Air-con control pad on the wall is too bright at night. Might need eye pad help to sleep. Self laundry is not free. Parking is convenient. Sea view in the room is good. Room temperature might goes hot during day time. Auto curtains only with one layer, inner layer need to move by hands."

We went in the off-season, but the site in normal times offers beach access, several bars and restaraunts of different varieties (including Chinese and SOME international food options), some nice photo opportunities, among other things The location of the hotel is a little unclear, but you will find their office near the corner of the large intersection - from there, it is easy to acces their rooms from multiple entry points. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was safe, clean, and affordable. It had a great view of the sea, if a just a little set back from it Highly recommend a stay here!"
