This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps along the walkway to entrance. **Floor Plan** • First Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, bathroom & laundry area, heating only but comfortable w/o A/C in summer • Second Floor: Living room with Smart TV (Netflix provided) and queen sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, A/C • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath, A/C • Fourth Floor: Rooftop deck with outdoor furniture **Home Highlights** • Great floor plan - bed & bath on different levels (1st and 3rd) with living room in the middle floor, perfect for group travel • Mini-split air conditioning for the summer heat • Private rooftop patio with a beautiful view • Kitchen is stocked with a full range of kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Smart TV for streaming and fast internet • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. . • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • There is no dedicated parking for this home but street parking is free and generally available in this part of town. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; $50/night pet fee charge will be calculated and please select the pet fee add on during check out. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
