位置很好和方便，房間有又大又舒服而且很乾凈，老闆人親切好客，有機會還會來的！

The hotel is just right outside the old town. Staff and friendly and helpful, recommended us a restaurant where they serve vegetarian food. Room are big and comfortable. Highly recommend.

下車就看到有人在站台接我們，這種感覺就非常好。走的時候也是有人送，非常靠譜，還有隨時早餐是份式，但是餐廳姐姐下的米線非常好吃，還給我們做豆漿，都是先磨的，真的很贊！

ทำเลดีมากเดินเข้าไปไม่ไกล ไม่ถึง 1 นาที สามารถไปเที่ยวข้างนอกและนั่งดีดีกลับมาได้ จอดทางเข้าเดินอีกนิดเดียวถึงโรงแรม ห้องใหญ่สวยมีออกซิเจนให้ ห้องน้ำมีฮีตเตอร์ มีอาหารว่างให้เป็นผลไม้ แจกน้ำให้เยอะมาก อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำ พวกผ้าเช็ดตัว เป็นแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง ชั้นสองสามารถไปดูวิววัดและถ่ายรูปได้แสงสวยมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกสองแบบกำลังพอดี สรุปประทับใจมีบริการรับส่ง พนักงานหรือเจ้าของพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้

服務環境位置都不錯 有設計感 性價比高

Highly recommend !! Very new and high-tech hotel. The location is excellent and the staffs and services are outstanding. However, disposable towel should be replaced by the real towel

酒店的服務和景觀都挺好

位置就在龜山公園下 附近100米就有地下停車場 停車也可以找店家報銷 定的房間沒朝公園 也有公共平台可以仰望公園裡的大殿 房間裏各種一次性用品齊全 房間乾淨衞生 每天的歡迎水果也很豐富 早餐可口

酒店位置還行，希望服務能改進！我們趕火車而且離店時間比較早（6:20），服務人員承諾幫忙搬行李而未能做到（酒店無電梯，大件行李上下樓不方便），因為沒到他們上班時間！更搞笑的是前台無人值守且酒店大門未鎖（可能是為方便我們離店而行的＂方便＂），我們把房卡放在前台後離開，第一次體驗自助退房離店。

Ottima struttura, la posizione è impareggiabile, vicino all’ingresso della città vecchia e al tempio. Struttura nuova, ben tenuta, ottimo servizio. Apprezzato il servizio a/r per la stazione. Consigliato!

靠古城出口，交通方便，房間設計獨特，入住感受很好。民宿有歡迎水果，飲料，服務非常貼心，有機會還想去住

We had an excellent stay at the Shangri-La Designer Homestay Hotel. The location is unbeatable—right next to the iconic prayer wheel and a short stroll to the old town. The room was incredibly spacious with a sleek, modern interior, and we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit on arrival. What really stood out was the outstanding service: the hotel arranged a free shuttle from the train station and even delivered our luggage directly to our room. Every detail was taken care of with genuine hospitality. Bonus points for the adorable and friendly cat who made us feel even more at home. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Shangri-La!
