暑假帶小孩出遊，預訂了兩晚雙床房，週五到了前台小姐姐幫忙升級海景雙床房，房間整潔舒適，房間超級贊，很滿意。前台入住和退房都有贈送🍪，都是熱乎的，看到小孩也會贈送棒棒糖🍭，小孩很開心。自助早餐看到我們兩大兩小，有一個小孩133也免費送了個早餐。酒店有配套電影，小童遊樂場，泳池，小童繪畫……等設施，中午很熱的時候可以選室內活動，下午可以去海邊或者周邊，周邊🈶美食街有機動遊戲，總體很滿意，酒店服務到位，細節也做到滿分，躺平式遛娃首選

入住體驗整體非常不錯。酒店位置就在海邊，步行幾分鐘就能到沙灘，景色很開闊，尤其傍晚在陽台看海非常放鬆。服務人員態度熱情禮貌，辦理入住和退房都很高效。早餐種類多，品質和口味都挺好，能滿足日常需求。泳池和健身房環境也不錯，適合放鬆。

1.環境很好，不管是大堂、無邊泳池、花園，還是房間，都很好看！出門就是海灘，海灘也還算乾淨，沙子細膩;
2.親子友好，娛樂項目多，小童樂園、游泳池、電動城、沙灘
但小童樂園可玩項目不多，我們去玩沒有工作人員在;戲水池衹有周末才開放，這點不好;越野車和電動都需要另外收費，價格不便宜;
3.早餐自助餐豐富，東西都挺好吃！
4.房間整體舒適，服務相應快，非常推薦海景房，我們從大床房升級為海景房，立馬體驗不一樣了！

入住前一天有管家先聯繫，詢問需求。可是入住當天，我們是下午快5點到達，但是到房間，要求準備的東西都沒有放到房間，隨後聯繫管家安排，客房服務的也很快送來。剛好窗簾的拉桿掉下來，跟送東西的小妹妹説，她不知道是聽不到還是沒聽懂，沒有理會就走了。管家説送個水果表示抱歉，我們晚上出去吃飯，到第二天了睡醒了都沒有送來。最後又是再次聯繫管家才送來。
第二天讓清潔的大姐來房間收拾一下，姐姐很好説話，也很主動問窗簾桿子要不要叫人來修一下。看孩子喜歡泡澡又給多了一個一次性浴缸套。收拾衞生也很利索。
比較不滿意的，這個酒店是暑假行程最後幾天了，孩子的沐浴露剛好用完了，打電話前台送小童洗浴用品來，竟然回覆説，沒有專門準備的小童用品！！不知道是酒店定位有問題，還是前台接待的有問題了！
另外，室內泳池超級小，設施也很舊，地上的防滑墊都陳舊的發白了。晚上室外泳池是不開放的，所以很多小寶寶都在室內泳池。
餐廳，早餐選擇不算很豐富，算是滿足基本水平吧。第一天吃早餐時候，有個爸爸抱着小bb，煮麪的師傅會幫他把熱麪送到桌上，餐廳的服務員看到客人吃完餐了收座位也很快，等位置不會太久。
總體來説，也有服務比較好的地方，可是槽點也挺多，遵從自己實在給不出全5星好評。
酒店出沙灘很方便，沙灘的設施也應有盡有，很多可以玩的項目，還有駱駝和馬可以騎，因為如此在一些地方就味道比較大。

房裡乾淨整潔，環境安靜優美，Rainbow、Anna、Eden、Regina、Violet小姐姐們熱情美麗大方，寶寶回家時還贈送了可愛的娃娃，小哥哥們也很好，入住離開上車時都幫我們搬沉重的行李。

入住前台是一個男的幫我辦理的入住，排隊也沒多久，辦理入住手續也非常快，還幫我們升級了客房。但美中不足的是小童泳池和户外泳池6點多就關了，我們在其他地方會到晚上十點或者十點半，這種都是親子酒店，白天曬衹能晚上帶孩子出來玩，酒店後門的鎖子也是壞的，早餐晚餐菜品也一般，管理相對較亂。晚上入住房間不潮濕，打掃衞生阿姨也很贊，比較有耐心。
