房間非常寬敞，乾淨。服務人員也很熱情、專業。帶娃來參加比賽，有不少同樣的家長帶着孩子或者老師帶着孩子入住

本來預訂的是大床房 結果到了告知無房弄了標間，房間衞生較差，凳子啥的都很臟，弄的身上很癢

不錯，床品很舒服

服務好 酒店環境優雅，設施齊全；住着很舒心，很安逸的感覺🥰

房間裏沒有桌子，吃飯很不方便，窗外有機器聲一直響

歯ブラシとスリッパ無し　それでも部屋は綺麗　　トイレの乾電池切れで小便後の水が流せない　でも俺は満足

本來去紹興的，訂的酒店太差了。臨時改這家。感覺還不錯。進門的時候不知道車庫沒掃到車牌號還是怎麼回事，出門出不去。門衞大爺不是很通情達理

I booked the suite room. The room is nice but the walkway to the room felt stale and not cleaned well. In the room the floor felt like it was not cleaned properly when I checked in. Next day the cleaner did not change the mugs or even pick them up from the living room and put them back at the pantry. The worker also left a used towel they used to clean the basin next to the basin. Very poor level of cleaning. Even after i requested at the reception to tell the house keeping to clean the room well they didnt change the mugs throughout my stay. Had asked for a steam iron but they said its spoilt and they don't have one. I don't think I will stay here again.

コインランドリーの使い方をとても丁寧に教えてくれた ホテルの入り口が少し分りにくいが、全体的にとてもいい滞在でした
