"Amazing hotel with so many services included in your room: breakfast, free laundry as much as you want, free coffee from barista at checkout, free drinks at reception, etc. Super value from money! If you come from overseas and want to do shopping on TAOBAO, no problem at all, deliver to the hotel in advance and they will keep all your parcels. If it is an expensive item, they can also keep it at the reception safe for you. The staff is super friendly, always helpful, smiling, just very genuine and nice people. Book with your eyes closed, this hotel is just amazing, and with great service that does not come so often these days sadly. It’s also very conveniently placed with access to two mrt stations…Highly recommended!"

"We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!"

"Room cleanliness was mid. AC was not on when I checked in and it was alr got so checking into a humid room was not the best feeling. The room also didn't smell the best maybe because of the humidity. toilet was filled with the little insects and had mold around the silicone area. The hair dryer had a layer of dust and even the clothes in the cupboard as well was not looking the cleanest. They also made a mistake when they gavw me my card it didn't work the first time so I couldn't go up and had to make my way with my luggages to the front desk again to get it fixed when I was already sweating so much from the heat and they were taking quite a long time at the front desk. I guess the good park is the free coffee that they give a voucher for and also the free laundry where they provided colour catchers as well. Staffs were nice."

"Right at the outskirt of Lao Street. Many eateries and shopping malls nearby. Hotel provided free breakfast, with adequate selection. Room size reasonable. Strong airconditioning and natural sunlight. Free mini bar for the first day. Highly recommend to those who want to visit Lao Street."

"The room is clean and well-decorated, with an endless supply of bottled water and a robot service for food deliveries straight to your room. The hotel also has a camera-monitored parcel storage room should you wish to order parcels to be delivered ahead of time. Excellent location, just around the corner from the start of the Huaqiangbei Shopping Street. Highly recommend!"

"We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen."

"A Hotel of Contrasts: Modern Comfort Let Down by Inconsistent Housekeeping I recently spent four nights at this hotel, and my experience was a real mixed bag with some significant highs and frustrating lows. The Pros: What I Loved · Modern & Well Equipped Room: The building appears to be very new. My room was a great size pnot too big, not too small. It was equipped with some fantastic amenities that made the stay comfortable: · A nice, comfortable bed. · A convection stove and a surprisingly spacious fridge. · A balcony with a washing machine and provided soap an absolute lifesaver for a longer stay. · A large screen TV. · Excellent Location: The location is perfect for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action. It's close to the electronic markets, within easy walking distance of a large shopping mall, and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. The Cons: What Needs Serious Improvement · Poor and Inconsistent Housekeeping: This was, by far, the biggest issue. · Our first room was unacceptable. We found hair on the floor, mold in the bathroom, and the bed looked like it had already been slept in. It seemed they had just sprayed air freshener on the floor instead of actually cleaning. · Our second room was better, but daily cleaning was neglected. Housekeeping often opted to just bring new towels and take out the trash, completely neglecting to mop the floors, clean the toilet/shower, or wipe down tables. · We had to complain to management, who then had to personally supervise the cleaning to ensure it was done properly (making the bed, mopping, wiping surfaces). · On our final day, no one came to clean at all. · The cleaning staff never seemed to arrive before 4:00 or 5:00 PM, despite us being asked around noon if we wanted service. They always seemed overworked, with two ladies managing a cart full of supplies for the entire hotel. · Missing Essentials: For a room with a convection stove, it was a major letdown that no cookware or silverware was provided. This makes the kitchenette feature almost useless unless you bring your own. · Pay-Per-View TV: The TV is modern, but don't expect to watch any movies for free. You have to pay for any on-demand content. Verdict: This hotel has fantastic potential. The rooms are modern, well sized, and packed with great amenities in a prime location. However, the severe and consistent issues with housekeeping cleanliness and the lack of basic kitchenware significantly marred the experience. I can only recommend it if the management makes a serious commitment to training and staffing their cleaning team properly. Until then, it's a gamble on whether you'll get a truly clean room."

"This is our first time staying at Intercity SZ(深圳福田皇岗城际酒店) and surprisingly the experience is unexpectedly good. We reserved 2 rooms and arrived at the hotel at 1030am on 30/8/2025. We paid around $240 for upgrading to a better room on the 16th floor. Our observations and comments are as follows: 1. Early check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 1030am and can offer a room within 15 minutes. 2. Late check-out is offered though we do not insist. 3. Transparent pricing table 4. Nice buffet breakfast For improvement; the water pressure in the shower is a bit slow and weak. Otherwise, it would rate higher. All in all, 深圳福田皇岗城际酒店 has a high CP value.
