Grand Hyatt Hotels in Shenzhen

The service here was absolutely beyond what I expected, especially compared to other hotels I've stayed in recently. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff would nod and greet you, and they'd often hold the elevator for you. If you looked a bit lost, someone passing by would offer directions back to your room. They genuinely pay attention to the small details for guests. The hotel facilities are also excellent. We even received a complimentary room upgrade and a fruit platter. Our room was spotless and felt incredibly spacious. The beautiful fresh flowers were a lovely touch – I took several photos! The breakfast selection was also very extensive. I particularly recommend the Eggs Benedict – it was absolutely delicious! Our overall stay was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend! 👍
