My stay at this five-star hotel felt like a truly gentle gift. In the evening, I was greeted by a spectacular sunset, with a vibrant orange-red glow painting the entire sky. Even the air seemed imbued with a warm, poetic charm. I had always assumed five-star hotels could be a bit formal or perhaps a touch cumbersome, but the service here was surprisingly nimble. From check-in to every request, each interaction was swift and efficient, yet never compromising on the feeling of being genuinely cared for – it was as if an invisible hand was looking after every detail. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the view. Our room offered an expansive panorama, where the city's silhouette gracefully met the distant horizon under the gentle glow of the setting sun. It was breathtaking, making me feel utterly relaxed. This place perfectly blends five-star sophistication with a wonderful sense of natural tranquility and ease. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's facilities and services were excellent! The front desk staff noticed I had a child and proactively upgraded us to a sea-view room with a breathtaking view. The indoor pool was clean and refreshing, and the lifeguards were attentive and friendly, even helping me look after my child for three hours. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, providing enough energy for my little one who was going to spend a day at the amusement park. This is a must-stay hotel when visiting Shekou and Nanshan.

We stayed 2 nights , everything was fantastic , specially the breakfast, good variety and delicious. jimmy was super kind and helpful . Only 1 thing I have to complain about the time in the outdoor swimming pool , it’s open at 14:30 and most of the sun shine is gone could be better to open it early to enjoy the sun bathing as well.
