The hotel is excellent, particularly for its superb location in the heart of Shenzhen's CBD. It's very convenient for transportation and accessibility. The surrounding area is bustling with large supermarkets and shopping districts. The rooms are spacious with comfortable layouts and well-equipped facilities. Amenities such as a gym and a swimming pool are available. The service is also extremely attentive and warm, especially from Miss Jossce, a staff member who arranged a birthday room setup for us, gifted us a cake, and provided a late checkout. The service was very considerate and meticulous. Highly recommended.

We are recurrent customer, used to spend an evening to take a break from HK. This time we get a suite. Feeling the cozy environment. Convenient spa next to hotel and always great buffet as usual. Definitely shall come back frequently. As the hi speed railway station is only 15 mins away with below 20 taxi fare, taking less than an hour back to west Kowloon.

The condition of our room and executive lounge, breakfast restaurant, location are so good. Especially I have never seen the perfect manager who worked MAR 1 morning. Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.

My last day stay in Ritz of my 4th visit to this hotel. Oh just realised that the Reception Team Duty Manager is Jimmy Chen (My last review posted yesterday wrongly quoted as Albin Lee). Jimmy had always been extraordinarily helpful and polite. He is smart and quick in response, offered the best solutions when I had not even raised the questions. Excellent reception counter service, worth commendations. It is so thoughtful of the team and hotel to give us a small Christmas pouch for celebrating Christmas time, very sweet💝. I will sure make my 5th visit in 2025!

Nice oriental deco in the room. Free upgrade to bigger suite due to power supply failure(10am to 5pm) on the second day. The issue was not communicated to me before I arrived the hotel and I was told by the staff upon check in at night. It was planned by the hotel but not informed me much earlier. If I were told earlier ,I would choose other option, to book a day tour or to move to other hotel. Great customer service,special thanks to the friendly front desk manager,Melody at the front desk,and Rosa at the full day dining cafe.
