Longsheng Hotels with Airport Shuttle

This was a local hotel that was situated on a peak facing Jinfoding (Golden Buddha Peak), so note it’s not on Jinfoding itself but still in the same area of Jinkeng Dazhai. I hired a driver via the hotel to fetch me from Guilin Airport to the hotel. Journey took about 3 hours using local roads, if you can somehow negotiate with your driver to take the expressway from the airport, it will be about an hour shorter and less scenic but also less nauseating. Access to hotel is pretty limited unless you hire a driver or you drive. If you take the bus from Guilin downtown/Airport, it will only alight you at the Dazhai parking lot, and you still need to make transport arrangements to get to the hotel within the scenic area (anywhere between 20-40min drive) but the boss is helpful and very contactable (phone call or wechat). I wouldn’t recommend walking to the hotel cos it is situated at the top of a pretty steep hill and it is a one-car lane that goes both ways with many blind spots. At the hotel, you could choose to walk and hike the terraces to other viewpoints in Jinkeng, but note that the routes will be very long and exhausting. If you plan to visit other villages like Ping An Zhai, it’s about an hour’s drive away on mountain roads, and it’s best if you hire a driver as well. Overall, room was very clean and spacious and was true to trip.com description and pictures. Very comfortable, clean and scenic stay! Shower and toilet are separate and clean. There’s a bathtub situated right behind the bed, they provided disposable bathtub liner if you want to use it. Hotel is situated near one of the viewpoints in Jinkeng, but it was very misty on the day I hiked. From what I could make out through the mist, the views seem pretty epic. View from the room is great and the boss provided a welcome sweet rice wine drink with lunch which was great! The boss gave me some luohanguo as a souvenir when I checked out! Did I also mention, breakfast provided included a jar of fresh warm soy milk and a delicious bowl of rice noodles made to order! Will stay again in future!

My partner and I recently stayed at this charming hotel, and we were absolutely captivated by the serene beauty and comfort it offered. Each meal we enjoyed at the outdoor dining area was accompanied by picturesque scenery, making every dining experience memorable. The location proved ideal for exploring nearby attractions, and the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, facilitating hassle-free transport from the train station and to various local spots. Their service was attentive and truly made us feel at home. Adding to the charm was a friendly dog who often accompanied us, making our explorations around the hotel even more delightful. For couples seeking a tranquil getaway with homely comforts and exceptional views, this hotel is a perfect choice.

This visit was the second for us during our time living in China. The inn we stayed at last time has closed down but we love this village and location on the terraces so found this hotel listed on Ctrip to stay at - we were so lucky to find it, it was absolutely perfect. The lady running this hotel is so welcoming and helpful, no request was refused - a big thank you to her!! The hotel itself is in a great location for seeing the best viewpoints around the terraces. The restaurant is so great - we are vegetarians and they cooked delicious food for us every day. The rooms are huge and clean, very comfortable beds and very nice bathroom - but the best feature is big windows with amazing views over the terraces. I am lying in bed looking at the terraces while I write this and it is so peaceful, I can hear only a few voices and birds chirping. I love this place so much - you will too!! Very highly recommended.

It was great. I had dinner at the hotel. The spring chicken was delicious. The service was great. The front desk ladies were very sweet. The hotel environment was very clean. I could see the sunrise over the terraced fields from my bed. It was also very close to the observation deck. I had a lot of fun. The hotel facilities were complete. The driver who helped with the pick-up was very skilled! The experience was great. I hope to stay here again in another season.

When I first arrived in Guilin, I stayed at the Longji Terraces Meitu Panorama Hotel when I arrived in Longsheng. The hotel has a luxurious appearance and a clean and bright interior. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling large glass windows provide a panoramic view of the terraced fields. As a poem says: Living in Meitudian, you can see the mountains and small mountains at a glance. The hotel integrates catering, entertainment and leisure, with complete hardware facilities and delicious food. Everyone can visit here!

The food is delicious and the per capita price is reasonable. The pictures were taken in the hotel. When the boss is in the store, you can also order coffee. The location is within easy reach of the No. 1 and No. 2 observation decks. The room price is also ok. There is a small slope to the hotel, which is short but convenient. After all, it is in the mountains. Overall, I am very satisfied with it. It is suitable for friends who drive themselves (park at Yunjing Parking Lot). At the same time, it is recommended that friends who drive themselves, if they have enough time, can first go to the Dazhai parking lot, visit the Golden Buddha Peak, and then check in to the No. 2 and No. 1 viewing platforms, so that they will basically repeat the mountain road less. Of course, the strategy depends on personal preference. All in all, this stay experience was generally good.

This is the best hotel in Pingan Village and the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. In the case of inconvenient transportation to the terraced fields, a car was arranged to the hotel intersection, and then the hotel guy helped to carry the heavy luggage to the hotel. There was also an elevator in the hotel, which was amazing. The hotel provided oil tea and straw sandal weaving activities, which were very authentic. It was a great experience to chat with the locals while doing it and understand their lives. The best service we’ve had in China. The boss helped pick us up and drop us off. He also helped us book our coach tickets. The food in the hotel restaurant is also amazing! They gave us rice wine which was delicious. The hotel is in a great location with a lovely view, and the rooms are clean. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Some advice for the new kids❗️ If you have time to visit the Longji Rice Terraces, it is recommended to stay one night there~ You can also enjoy the view in the hotel You can also have a good rest and visit other villages the next day💯 The B&B I booked this time is near the Golden Buddha Summit at Jinkeng No. 3 Observation Deck. It’s very convenient to walk for 5-10 minutes~ The view from the balcony is really nice~ Equipped with a bathtub🛁Who else is taking a bath while looking at the terraces🙌 Breakfast is very classic Guilin rice noodles🍳 The boss is also very enthusiastic ❤️🔥 He saved us a lot of trouble by including transportation up and down the mountain👍

When visiting Longji Rice Terraces, this homestay is definitely the first choice! Its location is so good that you can enjoy the most beautiful terraced scenery in the mountains without feeling the journey is difficult. The room is very clean, newly decorated, stylish and has high-end facilities. The service is first-class, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the response is timely. The food is also worthy of praise, and the light taste is very suitable for the appetite after the tour. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!
