Tangerang City Hotels with Airport Shuttle

The hotel is close to the airport 6 km away but it took 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle to arrive due to the traffic congestion. Going to the hotel was a lot quicker. Booking on was quick and pleasant and they offered to bring our bags up. Breakfast was on the cold side but pleasant.

The staff is really nice and polite, and the hotel architecture is new and great. However: - missing iron, iron board and hair dryer in the room - no one answers the phone or the whatsapp line when trying to ask for the items - got the wrong order with in-room dining Great if you have time, if you are in a rush for work maybe it needs some operational improvement

My stay in this property was for one day only.The staff / employees are of good nature & helpful. Front desk receptionists Ms Anes and Ms Fiby were helpful at the time of check in. Room is spacious. Over all my stay was good.The internet connection is very poor in the 9th floor. I wish the management / staff /employees of this property a prosperous and healthy life.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

This is my second stay. Everything else is good. When I returned to the hotel last night and opened the door, I saw a Mickey Mouse flash by quickly. After escaping from the safe, it seemed to disappear near the wall behind the closet. It scared me in the middle of the night. Please pay attention to the rat infestation on the third floor. I guess the inner walls have been hollowed out a lot.

rooms are very small we had to pay $15 par day to upgarade our romm which was liitle uncomfortable as all booking made are non refundable . as we had long flght just paid and slept

Fairfield by Marriott does its job as an airport hotel. If you have an early morning flight, consider this. Airport shuttle starts at 2 a.m. But the soundproofing of the rooms is a bit disappointing. You can hear a loud bang whenever someone closes their door. Also, my room had a horrible motor sound from the air con. So, if you are a light sleeper, you been warned!

Hotel lacks quite a far bit… only convenient if you need a place to stay within super duper close proximity after attending a concert at ICE BSD. Even then usually the place will be bustling and busy and staff will be overwhelmed. Service is understandably much slower as they have to handle a huge crowd. During my check in I was not informed that my access card will not be activated until 15+mins later. I lugged my luggage up, all ready to settle down and rest in the room but ended up spending a good 10mins outside the door trying to go in but wasn’t able to. I begrudgingly lugged my luggage down again to find the staff to assist. Only after we went up again could the card be used to unlock the door. Would’ve appreciated if the check in staff informed me in advance then at least I don’t have to waste a trip up only to have to come down again with my belongings. First impression of the room… it is definitely decent for resting but I honestly would not choose this hotel again for any future concerts. Just my own personal preference. It looks good in the pictures and I do see a lot of fans staying over at the hotel. They seem ok and happy. If you’re one who prioritises cleanliness and comfort, this hotel might not be suitable for you. The card incident and the hotel room impression did affected me in some ways. I made a booking to another hotel and left within hours. Ps. The room I was assigned to only had the old 2 pin plugs and I did not bring any adaptors so that was one of the few reasons why I left. Also there was eyelash on the counter I thought these were just signs the room is not for me. Perhaps I wouldn’t feel too badly if I wasn’t alone 😭

This is a very beautiful place ! All the staff is really kind and polite, always smiling on face and makes you feel warm ! The hotel breakfast had lot of choices , they will keep cleaning your table and ask you regarding the foods. This place near KIP/KIP2 so I just spent time at the new township for my 2 days 1 night trip.

Im pleased during my short stay. Hotel is clean, service are good. Staff are helpful and courteous with their greetings and sincere smile. I like their free shuttle service to the airport. Facilities are almost complete with swimming pool, gym, billiards and welness spa plus their unique Durian resto. There is only one glitch that happened in the Rimba Durian resto that the staff have forgotten to placed our food orders, we have waited for 1&1/2 hours until we sense something not right.. staff have asked for apology..but honestly my excitement to have try their local cuisine melts off.. But generally, rating still all good for me.❤️.
