服務設施都非常好

Hotel closed to amenities and tourist sights such as Killing Fields and Ankor Wat. Staff were very informative and helpful. Breakfast nice and filling. They had their own tuk tuk driver who gave us a great tour of Ankor Wat and helped us with getting to the last temple without the long walk in the heat (Mr. Mony). Never forget tuk tuk experiences with him. He tooked us into town for dinner and we ate at a Korean BBQ restaurant for USD $20, Japanese restaurant for USD $15. We ate at our hotel which was very nice and had a couple of cocktails. The manager was so kind to give my husband an Ankor Wat beer glass. We would come again and stay here.

excellent location, not modern but for this reason it has its charm, very hospitable, excellent service, really excellent breakfast, family atmosphere. The only drawback is not enough air conditioning

Amazing hotel. Lovely and peaceful with a great pool and lovely food at the restaurant. And the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. They even made us up a little breakfast box when we went to Angkor Wat at sunrise. It is a little further out of the main town, but very easy to get a Tuk Tuk into town when you need to, and it’s closer to Angkor Wat.

Lovely quiet retreat on north side of Siem Reap Wonderful wooden two story in surrounding a swimming pool and lovely covered restaurant and bar. Super comfortable beds with good a/c and plenty of room. Right on the road to the temple complex at Angkor Wat so super convenient. Free bikes to tootle into town. Great breakfast with fresh yoghurt and fruit! The only thing they are missing is a high end espresso machine

La chambre était immense et au calme. Très bonne literie. Personnel extrèmement gentil et souriant. Toujours disponible. Cet hôtel a un très bon restaurant et le vin est fantastique. Vous pouvez aller facilement dans le centre de Siem reap en Touk touk juste pour 3 euros.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Every aspect of my stay was flawless. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable mattress, cozy bathrobes, and a modern shower. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. John at the reception was professional and courteous, while Manager Navata went above and beyond to ensure my pleasant experience. The waitresses were also well-trained and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was very generous , with a wide variety of homemade yogurt, tropical fruits, pastries and great choice of cooked dishes. As someone with a gluten-free diet, I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating they were, offering me a diverse range of gluten-free options that were all delicious. The hotel and pool area were immaculately maintained, and the overall ambiance was very quiet and peaceful. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and secure throughout my stay. One thing to keep in mind is that while the hotel is conveniently located near the botanical gardens and Apopo, you’ll need to take a tuk-tuk to get to the town centre. The ride takes about 5-8 minutes and costs 2 dollars. However, this didn’t bother me at all. My room, number 107, lead directly to the swimming pool and the sun lounger. It was a great pleasure to stay there for 4 days.

too many electricity outages internet very slow, buffering too often and unavailable at least 3 times a day restaurant food quite inedible

nous avions pris cet hôtel pour rayonner pendant 4 jours sur les environs visite des temples , réserve des éléphants village de pêcheurs etc… le personnel est au ptit soin pour vous avec une gentillesse sincère les chambres sont confortables spacieuses et bien équipées si besoin on demande le p’tit déjeuner est bien fourni et complet l’ambiance générale est à la quiétude , on est pas dans une usine à touriste on vous prête des vélos et des touk touk sont dispos à la sortie pour vous emmener en ville ou ailleurs pour 2 dollars … ils connaissent bien la ville et ils sont super sympas , le nôtre nous faisait visiter des endroits typiques avec un bon niveau d’anglais pour résumer choisissez cet hôtel aussi pour le prix -60€ avec petit dej

Hotel restaurant très convivial, au calme, petit déjeuner copieux et fait maison, chambre spacieuse confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant, on y passe 6 nuit et déjà le départ approche. Je recommande les yaourts fait maison, les omelettes, les fruits frais, crêpes maison, bref tout est bon. Le soir cocktail happy hour et repas possible au restaurant. Le plus piscine et transat confortables.

Scelta dell’hotel strategico perché a metà strada tra i templi di Ankor Wat ed il centro cittadino, l’hotel è molto ben curato, pulito, reception sempre attenta e presente a qualsiasi ora. Ottima colazione, certo non c’è Nutella espresso o cappuccino, ma fanno le uova fresche come il cliente preferisce. Camere ampie, doppio letto, bagno pulito con cambio asciugamani giornalieri; spazio davanti alla stanza per un relax perché non ci sono terrazzini o balconi. Non c’è la tv ed il frigo fa un po’ di confusione durante la notte e ci costringe a spegnerlo. Abbiamo cenato una volta in hotel, poca scelta di piatti occidentali ma abbiamo mangiato bene.
