什麼都好，就是路況太垃圾了，自己租了個摩託車，快給我開坑裡去了，堪比80年代的土路，這酒店就適合去了直接在酒店躺平，不出酒店那種，而且去的話攜程聯繫酒店都不帶回的，在碼頭租了個摩託車，綠卡沒信號純憑看着地圖摸感覺找到的酒店，但是環境確實沒得説，沙灘很乾凈，海水也很清澈，就酒店蚊蟲較多，老大一個了，記得帶防蚊蟲的裝備

非常棒的酒店，安靜，休閑，全家出行還是非常適合的，酒店服務人員非常熱情，也能儘快處理問題，唯一要提升的是WIFI,實在網絡太差！

Das Hotel ist ein super modernes und neues Hotel. Eine wunderschöne Lage mit einem wundervollen Strand, alles perfekt angelegt. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit modernster Technik. Es gibt noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu verbessern. Einmal war das Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt und ein anderes Mal wurden Handtücher vergessen, mal große, meine kleine… Man musste immer daran erinnern.  Bei Ankunft baten wir da drum, ob wir  eventuell einen Bungalow in einer tieferen Etage bekommen könnten. Darauf haben wir nie eine Antwort bekommen. Wir hatten uns dann auch mit einem leichten Berganstieg abgefunden und es war in Ordnung. Ich hätte mir aber gewünscht noch mal eine Info zu bekommen. Die Kommunikation lief immer über WhatsApp und es wurde ansonsten immer sofort alles beantwortet.  Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Allerdings nach einer Woche war es dann immer dasselbe. Am Anfang gab es nur eine Platte Obst und die war immer relativ schnell leer und auch da musste man mehrfach nachfragen, am nächsten Tag hatten sie dann immer zwei Platten und das war dann okay. Das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, der Service war sonst sehr freundlich und aufmerksam Am Pool lagen auf den Liegen immer Handtücher und da hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass man sich auch noch mal ein neues Handtuch holen kann. Da lagen aber nirgendwo welche aus. Am Strand gibt es viele Nachbarrestaurants, wo man jeden Abend woanders essen kann.

Ein Traum zum Relaxen. Dafür ist das Resort ein Paradis auf Erden. Das Team (und ganz besonders Michael) war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ohne sich dabei „anzubiedern“. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Lage einzigartig! Man kommt aus dem Zimmer, und ist schon am Pool bzw. am Strand. Weißer, feiner Sand. Türkisfarbenes Meer, kein Fernseher der stört: ein Traum. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

因為來柬埔寨旅遊的國人比較少，所以我決定專門寫一篇點評，給要過來的朋友參考。酒店距離坐船的渡口大概15min車程，一天四程船，可以提前確定好時間。性價比很高，海水和馬代一樣藍一樣透是真的。也很便宜才一千多。可以租摩託車啥的出去玩，基本上啥項目都有。衞生也很好。總的來説我很推薦。

Absolutely beautiful here! The rooms are luxurious. We had views of the beach and pool. The customer service is outstanding. Staff so friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant is 5 star! Great breakfast fresh and lots of variety. Eggs made to order. Dinner was delicious lots of options western and Asian. Highly recommend. Best accomodation on the island. Love it here.

We had an incredible stay at Apsara Koh Rong! The ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that every morning was a dream. The restaurant served delicious food, and the pool area was just perfect for relaxing under the sun. Everything about the place felt peaceful and serene. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the island. Highly recommend!

A beautiful resort where every effort is made to maintain a pristine beach. We stayed in a Terraced suite which had a great ocean view, although jungle suites face the ocean the view is more obscured. The pool setting was lovely and relaxing, with sunbeds also set out on the beach. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, particularly shrimp tempura, chicken curry and fish amok. Decor in the rooms is high end. Had an oil massage which was great, setting is open by the ocean. Stand out feature of the place is the friendly staff, particularly Barang who is the restaurant manager and Rosa on reception.

Siamo rimasti nove notti in questo hotel dal design davvero straordinario: linee essenziali, architettura che si fonde con la natura in modo magistrale e una spiaggia privata che, nei momenti migliori, regala una sensazione di pace assoluta. È uno di quei luoghi che colpiscono subito per estetica e armonia. Peccato che l’interno dell’hotel racconti tutt’altra storia. Il contrasto è fortissimo: dall’esterno minimalista e purissimo ci si aspetterebbe camere altrettanto eleganti, e invece ci si trova in ambienti pieni di dettagli superflui, dove il kitsch supera ogni immaginazione. Un arredamento davvero poco bello, un vero elogio al superfluo… proprio mentre mancano le cose essenziali. Niente prese USB, nessuna TV, nessuna lampada da lettura: ogni volta che dovevo accendere la luce finivo per svegliare mio marito. In bagno, zero balsamo, bottigliette quasi finite e per giunta confuse tra loro. Il check-in è stato particolarmente faticoso: il personale è arrivato da solo o in due, con già altri tre ospiti in attesa. Risultato: le valigie abbiamo dovuto portarle noi, inclusa una ragazza molto minuta, fino alla casa situata in cima a una salita. Per correttezza, va detto che il check-out è stato gestito molto meglio. La connessione Wi-Fi è praticamente inutilizzabile e, in caso di pioggia, l’hotel non offre alcun percorso coperto: ci si bagna ovunque, comunque. Anche i transfer interni, effettuati su bus senza aria condizionata, non aiutano a migliorare la sensazione generale. La colazione è stata molto deludente: pochissima scelta, con prodotti già pronti e spesso riproposti tutti insieme, come il pane “vero”, che c’era ma probabilmente non fresco e sicuramente non preparato ogni giorno. La lentezza nel servizio è notevole: sebbene la colazione inizi relativamente tardi, alle 7.20 la frutta non era ancora disponibile. Nessun croissant degno di questo nome, e la varietà generale resta davvero limitata. Per quanto riguarda invece il ristorante dell’hotel, va detto che ciò che abbiamo mangiato era buono, ma la scelta era davvero ristretta. Il menu è dominato dai piatti fritti: ben 18 proposte tra uova, riso, patate e pesce, che alla lunga risultano ripetitive. A completare il tutto, le tende della camera si aprono da sole nel cuore della notte, garantendo risvegli tutt’altro che piacevoli. In sintesi: un hotel bellissimo da guardare, con una spiaggia privata incantevole e un design esterno che promette molto. Ma tra stanze kitsch, servizi essenziali mancanti e diversi disagi pratici, l’esperienza non è all’altezza del potenziale. Un luogo che potrebbe essere straordinario, ma che deve ancora crescere molto per diventarlo davvero.

Este novo resort foi uma surpresa inesperada. Uma pérola de luxo, qualidade e boa energia tudo quanto baste, na medida certa. Tudo foi pensado para nos proporcionar uma estadia imemorável. O Staff é muito atento e prestável o que compensa complemente alguma situação resultado do início desta operação. Os momentos passados foram imemoráveis.

Piękny, pachnący i czysty resort z dobrym jedzeniem i fantastycznie miłą obsługą. 4 dni minęły nam w chwilę. Miejsce z dużą klasą, spokojne gdzie można się zrelaksować czytając książkę. Właściciele niezwykle pomocni i serdeczni. Można pojeździć po wyspie albo sączyć napoje przy basenie.Masaże-bajka! Wrócimy:)

J’y ai passé 3 fantastiques journées et nuits. Nous étions 2 couples, et nous sommes ravi de notre séjour! C’est certain, nous reviendrons! Les chambres sont luxueuses, spacieuses, fraîches, les lits sont confortables et propres! Le lieu est idyllique! La plage est superbe, l’eau turquoise, les piscines superbes et fraîches également. Malheureusement, une des deux piscines était en travaux, donc nous n’avons pas pu bénéficier de celle ci. Le staff est très dévoué, poli, gentil, un réel plaisir! Concernant le restaurant, on y a très bien mangé! Il y a 2 points ne à moins à revoir… le premier est la variété des plats. Il n’y a pas grand chose sur la carte. La deuxième est le prix. Ils sont les mêmes qu’en Europe. Les prix sont à revoir à la baisse. Les 3 restos des hôtels à côté, sont moitié prix. Mais à côté de cela, très beau cadre, très bonne nourriture! Un autre point d’amélioration est également le nettoyage des chambres. Si nous le demandons pas nous même, elles ne sont pas faites, c’est dommage, ça devrait être fait automatiquement! Mais à côté de ces petits points d’amélioration, cet hôtel a tout pour plaire et rivaliser avec les meilleurs de l’île! Merci ! Je recommande cet hôtel 100%, et nous reviendrons!!
