房間空調不能關，也不能開，90年代的老空調，前台撒謊，中午入住的前台謊稱排風系統關不了，是全樓循環的新風系統，但讓我放心不會吹到人。反覆確認了好幾遍才入住，結果第一天就被吹到感冒發燒，耽誤了後面兩天行程。我們要求退房，這時候突然換了另一個前台説排風可以關掉了？！！（態度極差!不承認自己同事撒謊）。後我們想退房不想繼續住店，找攜程協助協商，店家死活不肯退，要求我們給一天違約金。我們沒辦法，處於經濟損失考慮，在冰窖一樣的小旅館住了七天。攜程補了300元紅包，算是一點安慰，還不夠在國外兩個人買感冒葯的錢。整個旅館設施極差，90年代小旅館，又舊又老，空調如同冰窖。更好笑的是退房的時候前台打完電話確認我們不再續住，馬上把我們房間空調打的特別低風超大（這是逼我們趕緊退房呢）
