The hotel is conveniently located on Arab Street, within walking distance to transportation and a variety of eateries, making it ideal for solo travelers. The staffs (Mae, Divina and Stella) were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The service is good, everything is clean. This hotel is near many destinations so it is very convenient to get there. Thank Mae, Divina and Ryan for helping us to have a great place to stay for our vacation.

This hotel is definitely the best thing that’s ever happened during this trip! This is my very first time travelling abroad by myself and i was lowkey nervous! However everything just went so smoothly. I prefer small and compact room which kinda makes me feel secured and safer and this room just hits perfect for me. The room is well-equipped with microwave and fridge and free laundry + drying service is also very convenient. I want to give a shoutout to Mae, Shannen, Ryan and Divina for all the hard work and great help especially when I forgot my phone and was not able to unlock my room at late night. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’ve ever got the chance to travel alone in SG and also prefer smaller rooms like me!

ที่พักของที่นี้เป็นระบบ self check-in แต่ก็จะเข้าพักทางที่พักจะทักเข้ามาในอีเมล์ให้เราโหลดแอปเพื่อเข้าที่พัก ทางที่พักเอาใจใส่เรามากๆ ขอให้คำตอบพร้อมแก้ปัญหาให้เราตลอดเวลา ส่วนในห้องพักสะอาดมากๆ โถงกลางโถงทางเดินสะอาดเรียบร้อย ตอนที่ฉันเข้าพักไม่พบปัญหาใดๆ มันเป็นที่ที่ดีมากสำหรับฉันผู้เดินทางคนเดินมาคนเดียวก็รู้ปลอดภัย ที่พักน่ารักมากทักถามเราตลอดเวลาใส่ใจเรามาก แนะนำเลยค่ะ

De locatie was top en de klantenservice reageren ook tijdig op jouw vragen en daar ben ik zeker ook tevreden mee. Alleen de kamer is wel heel klein, mijn ruimbagage ging net aan passen. Het was ook heel fijn dat er een wasmachine was.

首先英文要好 沒有前台 虛擬客服印度人 全程whatsapp溝通 不打掃房間的要自助洗毛巾那些 第二天發現屋裡有蟲 給換到了附近的一個套間升級 收拾裝箱暴雨步行 發現新樓有味道 後來全是濃重油漆味瀰漫到房間 反饋了沒解決 整晚開窗濕熱睡覺 如果沒遇到上述drama的確性價比ok 但建議避雷

Had a lovely stay at heritage collection on arab. The location is very strategic and although the room is small, the amenities are complete. Divina & Anj were really responsive and great at giving us instructions :)

Having to use the washing and dryer machine for free is a huge plus for us. It's really convenient. It was also our first time experiencing a hotel with digital keys, it was a bit stressful at first but our host is really helpful and proactively called me when it's taking us too long to check-in. It was a fun experience, and the bed is comfortable. I would say it's affordable because of the amenities. Had a bit of difficulty finding the hotel but it's next to Haji lane which is nice because it's easy to find food.

在新加坡來説算便宜便宜一點了，位置不錯，去哪裡也都還算方便，周圍熱鬧。自助入住也還好，人員熱情，合適。

ห้องพักสะอาดและน่ารักมาก ขนาดห้องพักเหมาะสำหรับพักคนเดียวได้สบาย มีอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ แะหลังจาก check-out คุณสามารถฝากกระเป๋ากับทาง Anj, Divina and Ryan ได้โดยติดต่อผ่าน whatsapp. แต่สำหรับห้อง 202 อาจมีเสียงรบกวนจากเครื่องซักผ้าอยู่บ้าง เพราะตั้งอยู่บริเวณหน้าห้อง
