酒店非常老了，但保養非常好👌🏻，工作人員很很有耐心，除了阿三（沒歧視但就是有差別）。checkin的地方空調吹不到（由於大門敞開）前台小哥哥趕快拿水和紙巾給我。每個細節都照顧到。另外早餐也是非常不錯，雖然品類不辣麼豐富，但也夠了。外衣不足就是床，變形了看圖一。

非常好，性價比很高！酒店早餐好吃環境也好，雖然出行稍微沒那麼方便，但有送去環球影城的車～非常滿意

Perfect location for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of city living. You will be surrounded by lush greenery and a sense of tranquility. However I personally felt that the rooms are in need of a major upgrading. They look quite worn and somewhat sad. On the brighter side, breakfast and service was tremendous

Thank you for the overall lovely stay. We truly appreciated the clean room, comfortable bed, and thoughtful gesture of the anniversary cake — it made our celebration feel special. However, I’d like to share some honest feedback regarding the bath bomb experience, which unfortunately left us disappointed. We were informed by staff that the bath bomb would be “arranged” for us and that it would take around 30 minutes. However, when the service staff arrived, she simply handed us the bath bomb package and left. When we asked politely if she could assist in setting it up — as we had been led to believe would happen — she declined, and her response came across as rather dismissive and unprofessional. We brought this up during check-out, but the response felt perfunctory, with no real acknowledgment beyond a quick “sorry about that.” For a $38 add-on (which amounted to $45.56 after GST and service charges), this was disappointing and felt far below the level of service we expected. We hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as we believe in the potential of your hospitality and would love to see future experiences better aligned with the premium price point and the otherwise great service your hotel offers.

Best hotel i ever stayed, love it

Amazing room with a bath tub and also our breakfast was sooo delicious, I think in total it’s a great value for the price! Highly recommended

Hotel is abit old and tv was spoilt when we check in. Sofitel upgraded us to a suite which was a better stay for the family.

Check-in was taking way too long than expected despite the recept staff being kind. Management's responsibility to look into ways to improve the process. Breakfast is a big let down. Seafood at the dinner buffet was fantastic, other foods just subpar. Club sandwich by the pool was good. Fish spa was fun.

My 5th time back to Sofitel Sentosa. The green plant design here is so beautiful, the plants are very happy and healthy, and the environment is really nothing to say. The pool is the deepest pool I've ever seen in Singapore, with a depth of 2.5 meters. It's a good swim. The Prestige Suite room is very large and comfortable, so there are many windows in corner, the green plants outside the window are really healing, and you can open the window to listen to the birds and the breeze is very comfortable. The TV in the room needs to be updated, and you can't even get in Netflix & Youtube. Toilet, the room is very clean, you can also choose your favourite pillow, plus super king-size bed sleep very comfortable. I can see that they have the intention to help me set up birthday decorations, I really like colourful balloons. And their pastry chef's own chocolate cake, which is a little sweet but very delicate, and cute birthday cards. I can only say that my birthday here is really enjoyable, my body and mind are taken care of. Finally, I went to their breakfast at 7:30 in the morning, with few people and a quiet environment, and peacocks welcome me over there. Their breakfast is of great quality. Don't look at it inconspicuous. Just take a bite, and you know you can't judge a book by its cover.

Check-in was slow, after queuing for 45 min to check in, they said the rooms were not ready and they would call when it’s done. Had to wait another 3 hours until they finally called back around 6:45/7:00pm 🤯 🤯 🤯 🤯 also queuing is so hot, they should add a fan / fan with mist.

整體都還可以

放慢節奏享受生活的酒店，唯一意见是，希望shuttle bus 的司機不要邊開車邊用電話聊天，然后用非常重的口音問客人有否要到環球影城下車的，首先在他全程講電話的情況下，根本不知道何時他跟客人說話，另外，以他的口音根本不知道他說什麽。
