We don't usually return somewhere twice but we love this place. It's peaceful well cared for clean and the owners make everyone welcome. Drinks are reasonable. If you are looking for a relaxing place, 5 to 10 mins stroll to the bus stop and beach this is the one for you. We have been back a few times and this one be our last. Amazing hosts

Stayed here as a solo guest: my room was super and so comfy, everything and everywhere was spotlessly clean, towels and bedding changed 2/3 times in my weeks stay. good selection at breakfast, close to beach, taverna's and bus stops. It was welcoming, friendly and helpful above and beyond, Pool area is lovely with lots of sunbeds. thank you so much for such a lovely stay, would i stay here again.......Definitely...... everything was above my expectations, Thank you so much Anna and Kostas

The studio exceeded our expectations by far. Really super clean, bed very comfortable, and so quiet. The bar and breakfast areas were great, a lot of thought has been put into the improvements that have been made. Breakfast was very good, never too busy. Pool was clean and refreshing-always plenty of sunbeds with comfortable mattresses. A short walk to the beach, which was a really nice beach. Sunbeds and parasol 12 euros. Sea was clean. Short walk to bus stops 18 and 20, Skiathos Town is definitely worth visiting. Plenty of tavernas nearby, supermarkets too. Anna and Kostas were brilliant hosts, always on hand to help with anything. You can buy 6 1.5 liters of water from them for 3 euros. Many repeat visitors to the studios, says a lot in itself. And as previously mentioned, they get fully booked! Loved every minute of our stay. Skiathos is beautiful.

Absolutely excellent 5 day break with our 12 year old. This was so relaxing, great breakfast, drinks, snacks, pool and loungers. Our room had everything we needed and was to a high standard. Actually the best mattresses we have ever slept on in Greece. We would love to go back, however Byzantium is booked for remainder of the summer, we are not surprised as this was such a lovely place to stay and we were always met with a smile and nothing was too much bother, we even got something picked up from the local chemist for us.

A lovely family run place. Kostas and family were very welcoming and hospitable. He helped us sort out car hire and have lots of advice to discover the island. They go above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday. We even saw Kostas aiding a frail lady to her studio one day. Thank you for a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to others.

What a lovely small complex of studio apartments. Kostas the owner is great, always helping and there to assist. The staff are fab and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast is good with wide selection including cooked. Because it's a small complex, no one does the Bendrom trick of reserving loungers. You don't have to. there are more loungers than apartments. Everyone is so friendly including the holidaymakers, mny of whom return year after year. Pool is lovely and warm and the taverna next door does fab meals. Beach is a 10 minute walk and other tavernas in the town are within walking distance. Just great.
