Just returned from a week at the fabulous Thalassa Cape hotel. The Philian group are experts at the holiday experience. The hotel is a group of accommodation in the most fantastic location on Megali Ammos beach. The decor in the hotel is like all the Philian group, modern and appealing. The breakfast in the Achinos restaurant is fantastic with great choices on offer. The sunbeds are luxurious especially on the front row. You do have to pay for them however they are comparable to those around but super comfy. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. We’ll definitely be returning! A lovely family run hotel which I highly recommend

Had a wonderful time at Thalassa Cape. The views were amazing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s in a great location, close to the sea and the town. Definitely recommend it!

Lovely place . Good staff good and drinks Disappointed they charged for sun beds at the property as a resident .

Our 3rd year running here but very disappointed. In a group of 8 (4 couples) & we have been put in a back building whilst all rest are in main building. On top of that we got the WORST room. Right at entrance to the building, ground floor, everyone walks past so absolutely NO PRIVACY & noisy at night. To top it all get NO SUN, morning noon or night & as no voiles at window we are in darkness when getting dressed. Asked the very condescending Maria on reception to change rooms when one becomes available but refused point blank as “we’re in a deluxe room & it would be a down grade & we booked with TUI not them!!! TUI rep just as unhelpful & said they’re full. We understand that, but asked when one becomes free can we move but it was still a NO. Absolutely NO FLEXABILITY AT ALL. Paid 2.5k for 10 days for this room & that’s the customer service you get. Shocking!

Location is excellent, there are 3 blocks of accommodation, all a very short walk to the beach. We stayed in room 204 and the room was lovely. Maid service 100%. The staff were super friendly and work so hard, shout out to Vassilis and Giannis who made us feel like old friends. The owner's family are lovely and can't do enough for you. Food is excellent although there are so many amazing restaurants close by. Pool is on the small side but with a fab beach so close it didn't bother us. We do think sunbeds should be free to residents and they do get busy. We would return in an instance.
