Hotel Generations Riviera Maya

Voy regresando de vacaciones en este hotel y la verdad tengo varios puntos por comentar, en la habitación; las puertas de los baños no se me hace que tengan suficiente privacidad, una de las pantallas que tenía la habitación tampoco funcionaba y tuvimos que hablarle al técnico, los restaurantes que eran con reservación tenían muy poco cupo, solo pude conocer uno y en el último horario, en el área de albercas y playa nunca vi ningún salvavidas, creo que deberían de contar al menos con personal que esté al pendiente de cualquier situación que pudiera suceder, el servicio en el bar de la alberca también es muy lento ya que solo contaban con 1 persona para atender tanto a los que se encuentran dentro de la alberca como a los que están fuera, varias veces se le hizo el comentario al supervisor que estaba en turno y tardaban mucho tiempo en mandar apoyo. Para los que gustan de meterse al mar, este hotel no es el indicado, tiene muchas algas y no puedes ni meterte a mas de 5 metros al mar.

Es un excelente resort con calidad en alimentos, servicio y actividades, super relajante para adultos y muy divertido para niños, el More Inclusive es un excelente complemento para hacer memorable tus vacaciones. Cuenta con ecokids, una estancia llena de actividades divertidas para los niños, un área super limpia y el personal a cargo super amables y atentas que son Daniela , Wendy y Angy muchas gracias por todo. En los restaurantes excelente comida y variedad super deliciosa pero nuestro favorito fue Jade, la comida deliciosa y el excelente servicio de Octavio, también muchas gracias a los choferes de carritos que siempre te trasladan con mucho cuidado hacia los puntos de salida a los tours , el Sr. Roberto, Mario, Enrique y Silvano. El el tour a rancho bonanza fue increíble y divertido, el guía Manuel muy profesional y amable al igual que la Veterinaria Paola (no recuerdo su nombre 😫) Para finalizar el show de noche es increíble, divertido y todos los artistas muy profesionales. Gracias a todos por hacer de nuestras vacaciones increíbles, volveremos pronto. Familia Rosas

We visit Generations a couple of times a year, and each visit continues to impress us. Our butler team—Eddie, Luiz, and Diego—are simply exceptional. Their warm, friendly personalities instantly make you feel like part of the family. Eddie’s calm professionalism, Luiz’s easygoing charm, and Diego’s attentive nature—combined with their cheerful, positive attitudes—brighten every moment. They truly go above and beyond to anticipate our needs and make every stay seamless and joyful. Even when our family visits without us, they check in to make sure everyone is well cared for. Their thoughtful touches—like the Luiz Latte, Kryptonite shots, and Little Beers—make every day feel special. Beach service is top-notch. Guillermo is super friendly, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. He makes sure our balí beds are set up just right, keeps the drinks coming, and checks in throughout the day to make sure we’re comfortable. He really knows how to make you feel spoiled in the best way. José also greets us with a big smile and always offers to grab us anything we need. Both of them go out of their way to make the beach feel like our own little slice of paradise. Chef Market remains our favorite breakfast spot—Brian and Alex took wonderful care of us, however we still miss Daniel’s cheerful smile and jokes. Dinner at Jade was another standout—Tejeda provided excellent service, and the tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection. A welcomed upgrade this year was the wristbands that double as room keys—so convenient and a nice touch that enhances the relaxed vibe of the resort. Generations truly is a gem, but it’s the amazing staff who make it stand out. Our only complaint? Eventually they pick up your bags and send you to the airport—we never want to leave!

This was my first trip to Generations, and it was great! The food was excellent, especially at Habb and Palms. What really made our trip special, though, were our Butlers Luiz and Israel. Not only did they respond quickly to every question or request, they anticipated needs and reached out proactively. We especially loved that they kept a schedule of our reservations in our WhatsApp group. We can’t wait to be back in February!

Our Butlers Diego and Imelda were excellent...always attending to all our needs. Would recommend them whole heartedly.

This was our first time staying at Generations and hands down the best part of our stay was the butlers!! Diego and Imelda were so fun and helpful. They made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.
