"The room looks at the yacht port. It is recommended to open a room that can see the Atlantic side. The scenery is good. You have to tell the front desk.
In the early morning, there was a motorcycle blasting street, the bar downstairs was noisy, and I was prepared. Breakfast was on the sixth floor. You can see a good view. The small town of Southampton is not seen. It is not recommended to stay in this city. It is recommended to live in Portsmouth next door."
"Let me tell you the truth, in terms of guest house standards, the elevator can only take one person at a time. The waiter suggested that I use the elevator. I went in, but there was an iron fence about to be closed. I was scared to death and ran out quickly."
"Breakfast is average, because of pick-up, the hotel arranges people to wait for me to check in in the middle of the night, it can be said that it is very intimate"

"If you want to get up early, you should go to sleep above the kitchen. Hotel facilities dated. Parking excellent, sometimes overloaded by long parking. The dinner is excellent. Breakfast good, service can be better. Hotel very listening."
"The check in process was very easy, just took us some time to find the place because we thought it is separated from the pub but the reception is actually right in it so just walk straight in! Room was very cozy and equipped, very thoughtful to provide us with all the basic amenities plus additional items such as water, beer, milk, chocolate, coffee for coffee machine and even a postcard! Staff was really friendly and helpful as well. The breakfast was also really amazing - you get to choose a main and a drink from their breakfast menu on top of a mini buffet spread that offered some really good pastries, salamis, cheese and more, so be sure to leave some extra time in the morning to enjoy it!
However, there was a club opposite the place that was opened slightly pass midnight when we were there and if you're a light sleeper be sure to pack some ear plugs to go to sleep early. One of the corners of the wall also had a slight mold issue because the condensation from the bathroom must have caused that in the long run but it shouldn't be a huge concern though it will be nice if that gets fixed!"
"This hotel was really a pleasant surprise: I wasn’t expecting this given the name of this place. They only had a basic reception setup, but the meals were great and the attention to the finer details in the room and the space was impressive. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I’d be happy to stay there again."
"As I was not travelling by car, the hotel was a bit far from the Southampton railway station. The bus passing by the hotel only ran once an hour, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the decoration of the hotel completely met my requirements. It was a very historic British building with a swimming pool. Breakfast was served in an old British space, which was a very refreshing start to a new day."

GGuest UserIn order to go to Peppa Pig Park, I booked this hotel. The room is OK, and it is no problem for 2 adults and 2 children to stay. The hotel will put 4 breakfasts at the door of the room. The location is excellent, and there is a Chinese restaurant within a 10-minute walk.
GGuest UserExcellent, really excellent was a great all round. Are the food is lovely and very reasonably priced? The service is fantastic and the rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. I was on the eighth floor, and I had a lovely view of the city to the north .
AAnonymous UserBooked this hotel as a birthday treat for myself, did mention in the notes that the stay was for my birthday and was greeted with a bottle of wine chocolates and a birthday card from the hotel and a stay in a really lovely room made my day.
OOluwakemiHad my 40th birthday party. The ambience was very neat and classy, very organized in a timely manner with ushers who were paying very detailed attention.
A special thank you to the Chef who promised to deliver an African dish I requested and went above my expectations. He is highly reliable and I recommend him for any type of dish you want as he outdid my expectations
To the sales manager and their team a very big thank you for making the event beautiful and seamlesa
AAnonymous UserThis is probably one of the best hotels in the area. As it is newly built, the facilities are relatively new. The breakfast is quite rich by British standards. Although the location is not in the city center, parking is convenient. It is really good by local standards. It is just so-so by world standards. The attitude of the service staff is mixed, some are very enthusiastic, and some are very indifferent.
SSimonoonIt's cheap and cheerful but the concept is getting a bit tired. The bathroom's fixtures and fittings and I'll need to be updated soon. The beds are a strange concept not enough plugs in the rooms . Come on z that's a simple obvious thing . Nice staff. The kettle needed a deposit . Yes it did .
GGuest UserBeautiful grounds! The entrance to the hotel is amazing. It’s in a fantastic setting, lovely to walk around the grounds aha explore. The room is slightly dated in comparison to other hotels, however the bed is comfy and you have a tv and hot drink facilities. Pool, jacuzzi and steam room were a nice touch.
WWanlibenteng888The hotel facilities are very good, it looks clean and hygienic, and it's very atmospheric. The service is in place and I will stay again next time.
GGuest UserI checked in at 3pm and the air conditioner did not work it was like a warm hairdryer. The temperature was 28c inside the room it was very hot a heat wave that day. I went down stairs and the reception was empty. I had to wait for 15 mins then
some one called raman eventually turned up and was uninterested to say the least. She told me that it could be controlled from behind the bar or something
like that but that is not true. I had to ask again 3 hours later this time she got some boy to come out from behind the bar to claim he had a control of all the
air conditioners in the hotel. Why the lies, after emailing trip .com they admitted the AC was faulty and I moved to another room. It was trip.com who helped me not the disinterested staff why didnt they move me the first time. Not impressed.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great, quiet location and it is a very beautiful building. The room was clean and pleasant, but it wasn't quite what I expected. Through Trip I thought I had booked one room up from the smallest option, but alas turns out I had not! The bed was also advertised as a standard double, it definitely is not in the smaller rooms, it is a small double, and this made sleeping for two a little uncomfortable. The room was also very hot even though we turned the radiator off and had the window open all night but I think this is just due to it being an older building, heat rises etc. The pool room really needs TLC. It is very overlooked and we felt really lets the hotel down. It's shame as it's a lovely space - even a quick lick of paint would bring it back to life if money doesn't allow for larger maintenance. Staff were all very friendly, especially the two we were served by in the restaurant for dinner. The food was okay but a little over priced but the service made up for that. All in all for a quick overnight stop it was fine.
