Overall, I’m satisfied. The location is quite far from downtown. Other than that, the facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was also good.

Room and overall space was excellent. We’ve stayed before within the year and eagerly returned. Rooms are very well appointed and very well cleaned and maintained. Cleaning service is “every other day” but we found them always accessible on our floor for a towel or such. Free coffee and tea a perk in main lounge off of entry lobby. Front desk staff are always polite, helpful and smiling. Location is ideal -Longos grocery two blocks above, with the subway in that same building lots of eating options on Bloor and throughout the village.

We enjoy this hotel because it has the pools, buffet option and the fridges for snacks if wanted or needed. I also noticed the laundry room this time and think it's nice to have available. It's also close to the things we need so we like the location for personal and business.
