安心又暖心 這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

Rooms are spacious and clean. Charging cables (usb type C / lightning cable) provided, hot shower, amenities provided. Plus points: free breakfast / supper / free laundry service / even rubber slippers are provided. Things to improve: no toilet bidet / no fridge / no safe.

I am used to stay in this Hotel because of its location and honestly last I stayed there it was four years ago . At that time I was little disappointed but after 4 years when I rebooked recently the Hotel but with different name so I didn’t know if it was the same, finally when I arrived at the hotel I found out that same hotel but renewed, it was completely a new brand Hotel . Hotel’s employees are more professional and helpful , clean and good breakfast to start the day.

Location: Great location, just next to the airport, but it is not really walkable to the airport. There was a back entrance at the Hotel but we are not sure if there's a side/back entrance to the airport as the main entrance is pretty far as we tried walked 5 minutes and still couldn't reach the airport main entrance and turned back to catch the free shuttle services. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport. Cleanliness: The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for a night and left wee hours in the morning, thus not sure about housekeeping. Service: Front desk staff was helpful but can't converse in English. Facilities: This is a typical business hotel. There were ashtray. Provide only basic toothbrush and toothpaste set, no shower cap. Only 2 power outlet, 1 at the desk and 1 next to the bed. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfy. Overall: We choose this hotel as it is near to the airport as we have an early morning flight to catch. We checked in late as we transferred from another hotel in Ancient City and only stayed 1 night.
