أفضل فنادق 4-نجوم في أوتاوا

Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The service was excellent, and the amenities made the stay very comfortable. Would definitely come back again!

A short walk from Parliament Station, the Sheraton gave us a spacious room. However, there was no kettle to boil water for tea - we used the coffee maker instead. There was some kind of problem with the pipes in the wall, meaning a shopvac had to be left running in the hallway outside our room 24hr/d. The carpet in our closet next to the bathroom was always soaked, probably because of the problem. Perhaps because it was near Centretown, we had one or two homeless or disturbed people on the sidewalks near the hotel. This made it uncomfortable for me to approach with my children because of their random mutterings and throwing of drink bottles. However this only happened twice during our weeklong stay. Staff were very friendly, nice and helpful, and sharply dressed.

進入房間時還比較滿意，但後來發現睡床實在太小了，訂的是1.5-1.8米的床，但實際也就1.3米！我們也是晚上才意識到，也就沒再去找前台要求換房間了。房間設施貌似很全，但對於短住的客人全都用不上，廚房裡鍋碗盆廚具很全，但真需要使用叉子🍴等又都沒有……另外浴室很小，洗手池設計也不方便。 樓下停車場🅿️比較方便，可以多次進出，第二天退房後仍然可以停在那裡，前台會給一張出入卡，等車子徹底離開停車場後再歸還前台即可。這點比較對得起一晚$37元的停車費。
