During this trip to Qiandao Lake, I was absolutely amazed by the Qiandao Lake Blue Bay Greentown Resort Hotel where I stayed! We booked a lake view family room. The view outside the window is stunning. The vast Qiandao Lake is surrounded by green mountains. You can take in the entire scenery of the lake and mountains while lying on the bed. You can also enjoy the sunset over Qiandao Lake. The children were also very excited.
The room was spotlessly clean and quality was evident in every detail. I would like to give special praise to the housekeeper Wu Guoying. From check-in to check-out, her service was warm and thoughtful. She provided meticulous care for the whole family and the experience was perfect! Moreover, the price is affordable and the cost-effectiveness is very high. Next time I come to Qiandao Lake, I will choose this place again!

This time I came to Qiandao Lake with the elders of my family. The hotel is very convenient for traveling and the service is beyond expectations. The buffet is quite rich, and the service staff has been busy cleaning the table. The rooftop terrace allows you to take pictures of the scenery in the middle of the lake, and you donât need any technical skills to make a film. Every corner of the hotel is clean. Just decided to spend an extended weekend and booked a room with a balcony to enjoy the view of the vast lake. 1215 was a huge room with basic amenities and an attractive balcony overlooking the huge lake. The hotel is conveniently located next to the busy square and has all kinds of restaurants. The hotel staff provided an early checkin. Despite thier inability to speak English, they would go out of their way to help me. I want to specially mention Zheng who could speak English and was so helpful to help me order food and look for a spa. In fact she took the trouble of calling the spa and booking an appointment for me. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a weekend sojourn

Lovely hotel. Amazingly friendly kitchen staff. The location of the hotel is really good. Not so far from beer town and lots of electric car charging spots around. đ The hotel is nice and spacious and the staff are nice. Unfortunately, we couldnât use the pool because it was a bit dirty and out of use.

I had a fantastic stay at Haiwaihai Hotel! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruits, pastries, and local dishes.
The hotelâs location is ideal, just a short distance from the stunning Qiandao Lake Scenic Area (Central Lake Area), where I enjoyed beautiful views and outdoor activities. Additionally, I was pleased to find several nearby restaurants offering halal food options, making it convenient for Muslim travelers.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests. I highly recommend Haiwaihai Hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The family traveled and the overall experience was very good.
1âŁïžThe hotel service was very enthusiastic. They always smiled when they met. I forgot to bring the child's toothbrush and asked the front desk. The sister at the front desk quickly helped us find it and gave us two children's toiletries. A fresh fruit was delivered every day for two days of stay.
2âŁïžThe address is quiet, very suitable for people who want to relax and rest. We drove by ourselves and arrived not long after getting off the highway. It is indeed by the lake. Even if the room is not by the lake, there are many public areas where you can quietly enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake. I recommend the fifth floor, and there is also an area outside the swimming pool on the first floor, with a particularly good view.

The king of cost-effectiveness feels, the price is right, the breakfast is also very rich, mainly because I just went to the surrounding environment two days ago and was not familiar with the surrounding environment. I stayed in Greentown for two days. After playing, the child still wants to stay in Qiandao Lake. I have been recommended by others to change it here. There is no harm without comparison. The pool is outside the balcony of the room. The environment is comparable. The breakfast is much richer than there. The price is more than 200 cheaper. Finally, I stayed here for two more days.

Location is comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. There is even a nucleic acid testing place nearby which is important these days when you travel. All the tourist attractions are also easily available by didi ride (about 10-15 minutes).
Hotel service is polite and always there for you to help you. In the lobby you can find a nice travel agent who will suggest you the daily trips and activities.
The room and the rest of the spaces are clean. I would suggest though to check the pipes in the toilet because there was this characteristic bad smell. A little minus for the room amenities is the lack of a fridge.
Hotel has a free laundry which is a life saver when you do a lot of water sports every day.
We really like sport so we were happy with the swimming pool and the table tennis place.
Swimming pool is big and comfortable but there was this loud megaphone during the day which made it hard to relax. Other guests could hear it as well from their rooms.

The hotel's service is very good and it will find ways to meet the reasonable needs of guests.
The hotel aunt's private cooking is super delicious, authentic small pot stir-fry with fresh ingredients.
Thanks to the housekeeper who brought Xiaobao a piece of fried rice when I left the store, which relieved my anxiety of being stuck in traffic on the way back and not having dinner for Xiaobao.
Will come again next time.

BBrendanlhyLocation is good. There are some details that need to be improved. The guy at the reception is so rude when we checked in. He doesnât speak one word and just looks so moody. The reception gave us the wrong room without a bath. When we go and ask for it they said they would upgrade us. And we just realize that room is just what we booked in the first place. Also the bath canât be filled with water. Above all itâs a good hotel. But probably wonât book it again.

After seeing the room, I added some money to choose a deluxe balcony lake view twin room. The room is fully equipped, clean, and has a good environment. GGuest UserI booked it on a business trip. The appearance looks a bit faded, but it is different when I walk into the lobby. There is a water curtain and a few koi. The lobby is clean and tidy. Whether it is the front desk or the cleaning staff, or the restaurant service aunt is very polite. The room is clean and clean. The small wontons in the breakfast tasted great.
