In the master bedroom you will find a desk and a reading chair with a wonderful view of the canal. Our favorite part of the home is the full wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the screened in Lanai where you'll find the heated pool. This area has a new table for six, three chaise lounge chairs, pool towels, sunscreen, kids like jackets, TV and new Weber grill.Head on down to the dock where you may be greeted by a dolphin, manatee, sea turtle, or the many fish that swim by. We supply the fishing poles; you just have to catch the dinner! The cottage is fully contained with all the small appliances you have at home including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, crock pot and air fryer. It has all the dishes and cookware to enjoy cooking and eating indoors or outdoors, including a dishwasher. The screened in lanai is perfect for relaxing outside and the nice ceiling fan will keep you cool while playing your favorite game at the table. This cottage is perfect for a short visit or a long stay.NOTE: In 2021 this property was listed as a short term rental on Airbnb.
