In the master bedroom you will find a desk and a reading chair with a wonderful view of the canal. Our favorite part of the home is the full wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the screened in Lanai where you'll find the heated pool. This area has a new table for six, three chaise lounge chairs, pool towels, sunscreen, kids like jackets, TV and new Weber grill.Head on down to the dock where you may be greeted by a dolphin, manatee, sea turtle, or the many fish that swim by. We supply the fishing poles; you just have to catch the dinner! Don't forget to grab one of the lanterns at night to enjoy the fish lights where you have an opportunity to catch a Snook, Black Drum or Tarpon. It is truly like your personal aquarium. In our garage, enjoy a bike ride to our many local amenities including Gilchrist Park. Once there you can see parrots hanging out in the trees while playing pickle ball. A 2-mile bike ride can get you to Fisherman's Village where you can enjoy a lovely waterfront setting with charming shops, delicious seafood and harbor views. You can also watch the catch of the day brought in by local charter fisherman, visit the beautiful boutiques, boat rentals, sunset cruises, live entertainment and a vibrant community atmosphere.If you are an avid Golfer, you will love that Punta Gorda offers plenty of opportunities to play a round of golf in paradise! One of the many great perks of Punta Gorda is being within 50 minutes of at least six different beaches. Each beach has a different experience. It's about a 1 hour and 35-minute drive to Tampa/Bush Gardens. Within an hour you can easily take day trips to St. Armand Circle in Sarasota, Naples, Marco Island, Boca Grande, Estero, and many more places I can't even think of right now!
