أفضل فنادق 5-نجوم في الغردقة

الفندق لطيف بالفعل ونظيف. الكثير من المطاعم مع خيار جيد من الطعام. عند التدقيق في أحمد مظهر ومصطفى كانت مذهلة وجعلتني أشعر أنني في المنزل. رتبت غرفتي وتمكنت من تقريب عائلتي مني لأنني كنت هنا لمفاجأتهم. 5⭐️ الخدمة وبالتأكيد ميزة للفندق. شكرا لكما مرة أخرى. يعد المسبح أحد أنظف حمامات السباحة التي رأيتها على الإطلاق. فريق الترفيه لطيف ومتعاون بالفعل. قلة الأشياء خلال النهار هو الشيء الوحيد الذي أود قوله. محمد مدبرة المنزل ذهبت إلى أبعد من ذلك دائمًا للتأكد من أن لدينا كل ما نحتاجه. فى حين أن الفندق كان رائعاً، إلا أن هناك بعض الأشياء التي خذلته. بشكل عام، كان جميع الموظفين متعاونين وسعداء، ولكن كما هو الحال دائمًا، كان هناك عدد قليل منهم لم يفعلوا شيئًا ولم يفعلوا أي شيء للمساعدة. المشروبات الغازية كلها عبارة عن زجاجات، لذا فلا بأس إذا طلبت مشروبًا وكانت زجاجة طازجة ولكن في بعض الأحيان تحصل على زجاجة وهي مسطحة. مطعم الوجبات الخفيفة رديء ولا يوجد الكثير من الاختيارات بين الساعة 10 صباحًا - 1 ظهرًا ومن 3 مساءً - 7 مساءً، ولا يوجد أي مكان يمكنك فيه الحصول على وجبة خفيفة. يقدم المرسى بعض الأشياء ولكنه بعيد جدًا وغير مناسب إذا كنت في حمام السباحة. لا توجد رقائق أو بطاطس مقلية في أي مكان. كان هذا مخيباً للآمال حقًا، فوالدتي وعمتي تحبان رقائق البطاطس لذا كان عليهما طلبها في المطعم مقابل 3 دولارات لكل حصة. ليس ما تتوقعه في فندق شامل كليًا. كما ذكرت في المجمل، حظينا بإقامة جيدة جدًا، سأعود إلى هذا الفندق بالتأكيد ولدي القدرة على أن أكون فندقًا رائعًا.

The location and the beach at Sheraton Soma Bay are truly beautiful, and the welcome upon arrival was friendly and attentive. The property is well maintained, but overall it feels quite outdated and somewhat old-fashioned. Unfortunately, we experienced several service and organizational issues during our stay. At the beach bar, we ordered a milkshake but were served a juice instead without being asked — we were later told there was an issue with the ice. Instead of informing us, the staff simply replaced the drink without consultation. At dinner, incorrect dishes were brought to our table, and when we pointed it out, we were told the mistake was due to our ordering. One evening, a staff member pressured us to pay immediately and insisted on accompanying us to the reception to clarify the charge, even though we explained that we wanted to charge it to the room. At reception, we were told that charging to the room was perfectly fine. At check-out, we also discovered that one dinner had been charged twice. In addition, our room key stopped working several times on the day of departure — even though we had paid extra for a late check-out. The food and beverage offering is disappointing. The selection is very limited, especially for non-all-inclusive guests, with very few healthy options. The bar menus — both at the beach bar and the main bar — are closer to snack-bar level than to a hotel of this category. All-inclusive wine is served from cartons, and plastic water bottles are placed on the dinner tables. At breakfast, fresh juices often ran out quickly and were not refilled. The restaurant is frequently overcrowded, making it difficult to find a table. Compared to other hotels in Soma Bay, this property offers noticeably less atmosphere, entertainment, and overall quality. In Conclusion: Beautiful location and beach, but service, organization, and overall standards unfortunately do not meet expectations for a hotel in this category. There are clearly better alternatives in Soma Bay.
