C’est un bon établissement, calme, le personnel est accueillant. A 500 mètres, se trouve le supermarché les halles et la station de tram ancienne synagogue/les halles qui est pratique pour se rendre à la gare de Strasbourg. La carte de transport est rechargeable, 1 trajet simple = 1, 90 €. Le forfait illimité de 3 jours = 10,40 €. Les parties communes et la chambre sont très bien entretenues. Le petit déjeuner est bon, varié et adapté à tous les gouts. Hôtel en plein centre vraiment propre  C’était top👌

I had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the standout features of this hotel is their excellent luggage storage service. They allowed us to securely store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much more convenient. It gave us the freedom to explore the city without worrying about carrying our bags around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, which was fresh, varied, and reasonably priced—a great start to the day. Overall, Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville offers great value for money, excellent service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

空調壞了，屋裡非常熱，熱的睡不着。室內也沒有電話。也沒有停車場。

房間很小。前台接待員很熱情，知道我們是外國人，英語説得很慢。

Très satisfait de l'hôtel propre simple et un prix abordable

Hotel ristrutturato,molto bello,ottima posizione,con possibilità di parcheggio presso la loro struttura o in strada nei dintorni.la zona è molto tranquilla anche la sera, buona la pulizia ed ottima la colazione.L’hotel dista circa 10 minuti a pedi dalla cattedrale e dai maggiori luogo d’interesse.consigliato!

Petit Hôtel bien situé très proche du centre, notre chambre pour 3 adultes est calme et bien équipée. Avec des lits confortables, et salle de bain avec douche est assez spacieux. Le parking se situe dans un autre bâtiment derrière l'hôtel. Pensez à réserver votre place si vous voulez une place de parking. Il vous coûtera 14€/j. Notez que la photo de l'hôtel affiché dans les sites de réservation ne correspond pas du tout à l'hôtel.
