"I personally think that the apartment hotel has very complete supporting facilities (washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator (note, it is not a small single-door refrigerator), a refrigerator with a height of more than 1.2m, a four-door wardrobe, and a small terrace. It can meet the hot summer in Malaysia. The surrounding environment is clean and comfortable. Although there is a big road outside the balcony, the apartment is very soundproof and does not affect the quality of sleep. The furniture in the room is very new, with fully automatic opening and closing curtains, blackout curtains, and humanized lighting adjustment for different needs. On the roof is an infinity pool and gym, as well as a sauna room, which can satisfy you who feel guilty after being poisoned by food every day, and relax appropriately, relax, and release dopamine. Get up in the morning to watch the sunrise, and a good mood for the day starts here. The pictures in the room are no different from the actual ones. "Definitely enjoy the journey from the Resort Suite to the Shopping Centre (sunway pyramid). Locations is great.
For the room, it is not a hotel however it is good enough for 2 nights stay. I didn't use the fridge(it was not on from day 1), I didn't use the cooking space nor the kitchen area.

"Good location, old but spacious. Can't understand it's different management under one roof. My has no reception counter. Has to go to the basement to meet a staff to take me to my room. It's called a resorts but has no swimming pool and breakfast is not an option."

GGuest UserThis trip is meant as a birthday treat for my gal so that she can enjoy her sunway lagoon outing during her birthday with her friends. As we drove here, there's a flat parking rate of RM15 per entry. As the trip was meant to celebrate her birthday, we were surprised and thankful to see there's a special lane/access/link to Sunway Lagoon from the resort.It was just awesome and not to mention the friendly staff, Cik Aina. Do note this lane/access/link closed at 7pm. Since we came early, we kept our bags with the concierge while checking in. As we checked in around 9am ish, we were informed that we can get the room early at 12pm. Hooray..What makes it better was the call from the Sunway Resort to inform that the room was ready at 12pm ish. I went to collect the key card around 1pm and has to remind the concierge to sent the bags to the room. It came a bit later when I was out dining at Sunway Pyramid. Mind you, the resort was packed due to Sunway College students graduation ceremony. So the delayed bag into the room was justified. Witnessed the hospitable concierge trying to help us when he saw us quite lost while trying to direct one of the parents to the resort to collect their children. The parent found us. Excellent.
For dining we ate at Gordon Ramsay for dinner and Sunset Terrace for breakfast. We tried the cod fish plus the sides of mac & cheese at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill for dinner as it was already late ie after 9pm. I did not opt for dining@ room service knowing that my daughter will dozed off when she got the bed :-) . It was delish. The breakfast at Sunway Terrace was also good with many choices not only for adults but also a special section for the kids, too. There's chocolate drink and also Malaysia's Teh Tarik (taste just nice,like it hot ).
Went to the gym, it has many exercise machines, spacious and also has energy bar, fruits and water provided for. I enjoyed doing the routines programme on the threadmill while looking at the pool. I also tried the abdominal /muscular gym machine. I am still feeling the muscular impact at my arms 😂. A well done exercise indeed.
Our room was overlooking the Sunway Lagoon view. The bed was so inviting and the pillows with both medium hard and soft pillow was comfortable. Good for sleeping. The room comes with usb plugs and the typical 3 pin plug at each side of the bed which I find very helpful. At least, both of us do not need to fight which side of bed we want to sleep in.
In all, we have a great stay here. Not forgetting Ms Ginny that assisted to approve my request for late check-out. The staff has been most helpful and friendly. You deserve more than 5 star. Thank you.

MMonthly TravellerRoom generally good for price paid for. Would be ideal for an electric-kettle & mini-bar to be provided in room. Toilet paper is of poor quality,too thin & easily torn during usage after cleaning up motion.
Also,there was no such drinks self-dispensing-machine at hotel lobby. Picture posted (2nd.pic) need to be updated.
There’s one bad incident. At 9.44am on 19/11/24,it was very noisy. There was drilling & other works going on first floor. Noise made woke us up & was too loud to continue sleeping!

BBNNLWhile in the room, the bed sheet & Blanket sheet have stained & some small hair in it. The aircon was not cool and the bathtub the holder was spoil
if you need a quiet place don't choose here, the train station can be heard every morning, we are staying on the 18th floor. Every morning on top the floor will have some set up sound even at night time.
1 point is good is the staff was friendly & helpful. During the above mentions of the area, Thier will come to identify & change it

Jjune leeThe hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Sunway shopping area and a 7-Eleven convenience store. However, the rooms are not soundproof, so you may hear people talking or walking outside. As for cleanliness, it's satisfactory.

GGuest UserIt was a very enjoyable stay. The room is clean and changes the towels daily and clean up the place. Location is perfect. Shopping & eating is so convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect place to stay for vacation or business.

The staff is friendly and helpful. During our booking, I requested to have a room with a 'city view' or any good view facing the Sunway Pyramid, unfortunately when we arrived, the room we requested was fully booked. We told the lady staff, Chitra, that we would love to change to any room facing Sunway Pyramid in case guests check out early. The room we got was Ok just that it was facing the wall of the next building and the aircon compressor was kind of loud at night. The next morning after breakfast, Chitra texted me to inform me that they had a room we requested and asked if we wanted to change rooms and definitely YES! She made arrangements immediately to get us changed to the new room! ❤️
The facilities around the area are the Best! Sunway Pyramid, the mall is right in front of the hotel. Food and facilities like 7-11, 24hrs restaurants, pharmacies just downstairs and around the corners... 💪
Even though the hotel is not as fancy like Pyramid hotel or Resort hotel nearby, but this hotel is so Affordable and convenient! Very RECOMMENDED! 👍⭐
