"This stay at the newly opened Silk Road Golden Horse International Hotel is a surprise! As a new hotel, all facilities are brand new, clean and modern, and there is no decoration taste at all, which is very rare. The special room I grabbed, communicated with the front desk after arriving at the hotel, and gave the upgraded viewing room. The mountain view outside the window in the morning was really good. The bus to the scenic spot was really convenient! The best thing is the hotel's service. I have been helping to buy tickets. We also had lunch at the hotel. It tasted good. The package was cheap and delicious. This hotel was very good. It was a scenic spot, new facilities, clean and warm service."

"It is very good to have such a standard hotel in the small county in Qilian Mountain. The taste of the dishes in the hall is suitable, the bathroom is a bit lacking, and it is not difficult to install a shower curtain. The waiter at the hotel is very good"

"我是真沒想到，在這小省城邊上還有間設計裝修如此高擋次的酒店，現在淡季價格還特別親民。酒店位罡雖然距離郊外，但周邊有好幾家農家菜館，出城買東西走路也就十來分鐘，關鍵是很幽靜安怡，空氣非常好，停車很方便。總之，值得推薦。"

"As always I'll rate the hotel I stayed at relative to the cost incurred. So is it value for money? Location : The location could not be bettered. It is the closest hotel to the Mati Grottoes. Maybe a 500m walk away. Service : Very good, very friendly ! Welcoming and efficient on arrival. Took food orders for delivery at lunch and dinner (which helped a lot as in Winter all the restaurants in the village were closed)! And also helped me buy snacks in the afternoon (as the usual stores in the village were closed during Winter). Bedroom : Basic however with 2 beds (comfortable and clean) and a I really liked the sunny alcove with two seats and a table, to sit and drink tea/coffee (bring your own!). Bathroom : small but most importantly hot water and plenty of it ! The toilet is Western style not a squat (phew - good for my old knees!) Breakfast : was provided but as I don't often eat breakfast I can't comment further. You shouldn't expect a 5 star hotel, it's a basic Chinese hotel so don't get expectations up, however it is great value for money, clean and has everything you'd need for a short stay. I would definitely stay here again !"

Although it is expensive, it is worth the view and facilities. I turned on the air conditioner to sleep at night, which was very quiet. When I woke up in the morning, the scenery was very beautiful. The terrace was not exposed to the sun, and it was very pleasant to drink tea. The hotel does not have breakfast, you can bring your own breakfast or go to the county town to eat."
