Let me first say the conclusion. This is a super satisfactory new hotel. It is the only choice for future visits to Suzhou. From the front desk to the dining and guest rooms, the service is perfect, and the stay experience is comfortable and relaxing. The high-rise rooms facing the street have unbeatable views of white walls and black tiles, and the Baoen Temple Pagoda is also within easy reach. The geographical location is very advantageous. To the northwest is Shantang Street, to the north is Taohuayuan Street (Tang Bohu's former residence and Wenchang Pavilion), to the northeast is the Humble Administrator's Garden Lion Grove, to the east is Pingjiang Road, and to the southeast is Guanqian Street. It can be said to be the C position of major attractions in the old city of Suzhou. Don't be fooled by the exquisite and small appearance, it is worth having.

Location was great! Close to shopping, restraunts, mini marts and train station. Room is okay in general except for 3 things: 1) Hand soap smell is too musky. 2) Lighting in room is too dark with some spot lights which is not pleasing to eyes. 3) Aircon in room in March is not working as they control the master switch. At night, if you turn on the aircon, it is only hot air that comes out.. it goes as hot as 29°C. Super uncomfortable, we had to open the door to let in cold air as the window is facing the inside of lobby, not outdoor. Service and amenities is just average. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the gym. Unfortunately they only have a treadmill, bicycle and some free weights. Front desk office service is only average.

One tired evening, I received a special surprise - my birthday cake. However, this is more than just a cake, it is a symbol of the attentive service of the hotel staff, which made me feel extremely warm and caring on this special day of my birthday. After the staff at Atour learned about my birthday, they took the initiative to contact me and asked me if I wanted them to prepare a birthday cake for me. After confirming my preferences, they promised to do their best to accommodate my needs. I didn't expect that they would go to such great lengths to prepare this special surprise for me. When I returned to the room at night, I saw the birthday cake placed on the table in the room. And attached a blessing card. This small card touched me deeply because it not only represented Yaduo's blessings, but also represented their respect and care for me as a guest. And that wonderful birthday cake. Later I heard that it was a local private cake, and the hotel staff specially ordered it in advance and rode to the store to buy it. This birthday was one of my most memorable in years because the hotel staff gave it a special meaning. In addition to the birthday surprise, I was also impressed by Atour's facilities and services. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest every night. Every employee is friendly and welcoming, and no matter what request I made, they tried their best to accommodate it. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to all the staff of this hotel. Your warm service, attentive care and warm birthday surprise made me feel the warmth of home on this special day. I always stay at ATour hotels when visiting smaller cities in China. They are always up to standard. The location of this hotel was very convenient. The breakfast was satisfactory. My whole stay was wonderful.

We booked the hotel for the dragonboat competition, it's super close to the Lake, rooms are big, clean and functional. The window was a bit small, but overall good experience.

The surrounding environment is average. The service inside the hotel is very good. Children have free breakfast. When checking out, there was a little girl at the front desk who forgot her name and gave me a souvenir. The beds in the twin room can be pushed together, which is very convenient. However, the newly decorated bed still smells a bit. The head decoration backrest smells obvious

There is a robot that can deliver the food you ordered to the door of the room, which is very cute. However, there is no refrigerator in the executive king room, which feels a bit inconvenient. The bedding is very good and comfortable, and the room smells good. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The only regret is that the upstairs is being renovated, which is a bit speechless. The ding-dong sound starts at 7 o'clock in the morning on weekends, and I thought I could sleep until 8 o'clock. It is close to Suzhou Bay Grand Theater, and the overall cost performance is still very high.

I suggest this hotel to be emulated nationwide. This is really the hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in. The front desk + guest room are really a store that is doing the hotel with heart. I called in advance to check in on the first day because I had to leave early to Wuxi, so I contacted if I could check in early. The front desk said no problem, they would check in for you first when you arrived. When I arrived at the hotel, I also upgraded the room type for free. The front desk will also arrange the floor and direction for you according to your preferences. The room type is also very large and the hygiene is also ok. I stayed there for a longer stay the next day and came back late. After getting the room card, the front desk also sent two breakfasts thoughtfully. Because we were going to Suzhou, the room lady might have seen that we had water. After taking it away, they thoughtfully gave me an extra bottle of water in the room (all drinks in the hotel refrigerator are free to drink). It was really heartwarming to see it when I came back tired from playing. For breakfast, there were sweet and salty tofu pudding, which really took care of the tastes of both the north and the south. There were also special Aozao noodles and Suzhou soup noodles, green rice balls, anyway, everything was prepared. I forgot to take pictures of the room. I used to run a hotel, so I might pay more attention to the details of the hotel. I really have nothing to say about this. The front desk will greet you no matter what time it is, even in the middle of the night. I really strongly recommend that Atour nationwide popularize the management of this hotel, which is much better than some 5-star hotels, and the price-performance ratio is super value✅

After a year, I came to Kunshan to eat hairy crabs again and stayed in this restaurant again. I still give it a good review! Because I bought hairy crabs and couldn't steam them in the room, the hotel staff helped me steam them and prepared shredded ginger, soy sauce and vinegar for us, saying that they are more delicious when eaten together! In the evening, the restaurant provides free buns and porridge. I saw that it was written: Late-night porridge arrives, and you can get this gift package if you book through Ctrip! Next year when I come to Kunshan, I will stay in this restaurant again!
